Bright, cozy, private, 1 bedroom coach house

You will love this sunny, comfortable, and relaxing coach house. It has everything you might need to have the feeling of home. The suite contains a large kitchen/dining area with seating for four, a living room with a sofa bed (double bed), a recently renovated bathroom with bathtub and shower, and one bedroom (queen bed) with a large closet. The suite is clean, recently painted and tastefully decorated. The suite includes wireless internet (WIFI), HD TV, Blu Ray DVD, Netflix, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron and board. It has a private entrance and parking for two cars. Linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cutlery, cooking equipment and basic spices. We are located in Kingsville, ON, on the road to Leamington. We are about three kilometers (2 miles) from the Kingsville dock (Ferry to Pelee Island) and the core of the town where you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and interesting places to visit. We are about 15 minutes from Point Pelee National Park, 45 minutes from Windsor and Detroit and Whether you come to the area for vacation, work, or you are relocating, the guest suite may be a very good option for you for a relaxing stay. We offer accommodation by the night, or week (as many weeks as you want) and can provide service in English or Spanish.

Private Bachelor apartment sized house directly on Lake Erie. ULTRA FAST WI-FI, Private deck, Kayaks. The Cottage is always toasty warm all winter long. Queen bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette. Not suitable for swimming , free launch 3 minutes down the road. 7 - 10 mins to LSC from our 130 feet of dock with electricity . 5 mins to Lighthouse Cove by car or 7 - 10 mins by boat to Lake St Clair s popular Musky and Bass fishing area . 5 mins to 401 , or shopping, groceries, LCBO ,C Tire and more . 30 mins to Pelee Island Ferry or 40 mins to Point Pelee National Park , 25 mins to wine country .

Due to Covid-19 I have extended the minimum stay to 3 nights and time between check-out and check-in to 24 hours to ensure proper disinfection. I have added an air purifier that recycles the air every 3 hours. Cozy, clean and comfortable open concept suite located on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie just one mile from downtown Kingsville where you will find excellent restaurants and eclectic shopping.
