Condo holiday rentals in Lake Winnisquam

Beautiful and cozy place! It was nice to have two full baths for a two-bedroom condo! It was enjoyable being to be able to sit outside on the private, enclosed patio drinking coffee in the morning.

The house was incredibly welcoming and well-equipped for our family. With three kids, we appreciated the abundance of toys to keep them entertained. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook whenever we wanted. I look forward to returning.

Super cute space on the lake. Not much to do in winter months, but we will definitely come back in the summer. Super cozy, worth the trip for some relaxation

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

I had not taken a vacation since pre-Covid and Caroline's wonderful place was the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful white mountains region of New Hampshire. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need (tremendous view, comfortable bed, efficient kitchenette, pool, jacuzzi, gym, close proximity to the beach, mountains many excellent restaurants, and theatre (live and movies). If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle Caroline's place is the perfect place and I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay and were already planning a trip back! Pictures don’t do it justice- such a gorgeous spot! We had the best time and even got to use the pool for a quick dip! Waking up and walking out the back door to the river was the icing on the cake! We spent our nights getting cozy by the fire! An absolute gem!

Waterville Valley is a picturesque little vacation town in the mountains. Plan your meals accordingly -- restaurants fill up with reservations, and everything comes with a hefty price tag. The property itself was lovely, well-furnished, and very pet-friendly. We had a lovely weekend, but paid the price for booking late.

Stayed a few times for work, very nice place as well as their other facilities. Nothing to complain about!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a group of 8 friends who came up for a ski weekend at Loon mountain. The location was convenient. It was right down the road from Loon and a grocery store, as well as a cute downtown area. There was a TON of space for 8 people - we all were very comfortable. There was a basement level, a floor level with a kitchen, and 2 upstairs floors. I was surprised by how much space and beds there were. It was more than enough. The condo is VERY well stocked. They had all the cooking supplies we needed, condiments, games, books, coffee maker, etc. It was great to ski all day and come back and use these amenities to enjoy a relaxing afternoon/night at home. This was probably one of the most well-stocked Airbnbs I have ever stayed in! Elise was a fantastic host. She was responsive and helpful. She accommodated our request for a late check-out. Her instructions were clear and specific. I would highly recommend this Airbnb! Thanks for a great stay!

Great location - our family had a wonderful time! The condo was the perfect size for the 9 of us. The beds were super comfortable and the kids had fun with all the amenities at the condo.

Great place and surroundings

Stayed with my teenage son on a Thursday night to ski at Loon on Friday. Arrived late and check-in instructions were straightforward. Unit is located on the first floor facing the parking lot. Was able to park right in front of unit and the space was clean and worked well for two of us (my son on the comfortable pull-out bed). Didn't use the kitchen area in the corner of the room or the tv but the shower worked fine and the host provides some toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc). Didn't use any of the facilities in the complex and so can't comment on that. Overall, this rental worked well for our needs -- a clean, quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located place to sleep for the night.

Shauna was a great host . I had a few questions that were answered immediately. It was really humid in early August so the ice cold AC’s were great! I would highly recommend staying at Shauna’s place . Easy access to Weirs & Bank NH Pavilion!

House keeper was so appreciative that we followed the directions and actually cleaned up after ourselves. We only stayed 1 night and although it was a pain to get everything done, we did. Kitchen chairs should be replaced not very sturdy. Over all there were 4 of us, we were comfortable, warm and enjoyed what the space and property had to offer. Close to everything and stunning views! Tip the house keeper she’s wonderful and does a great job.

Great place! Having 2 bathrooms was a luxury! The place was clean and inviting. The hotel included a game room, pool/jacuzzi, exercise room. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Location was great! Near everything but yet secluded and quite. The place was very comfortable. It included everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. it was very convenient to the recreation center. We loved enjoying the fire while watching it snow.
