The location was good and it was a pleasant stay.

There is a tram number five at the door, the house is also very clean, very beautiful, the only thing is that there is no food nearby at night, can only go to the convenience store to buy food and make it yourself

The host is very nice; it is very close to Yachimanzaka Hakodate Mountain Cable Car, etc.

This is the best place to stay for this Hokkaido trip!I regret not staying for two more days.

Very quaint, quiet location just outside Hakodate. There are some peaceful, tranquil spots within walking distance such as the Cape. The place is near a street car station for convenient travel to the centre of Hakodate. Accommodation itself was spacious but cosy at the same time. Loved how quiet it was!

Japanese style villa located in central area next to ropeway and tram station. Felt right like home with essential amenities provided. Host was responsible and respectful. Big plus for free parking. Overall recommended.

Three very large rooms with kitchens and washing machines. However sleeping spaces were shared in each apartment as were the multiple showers. It was easy to checkin ourselves with quick and helpful responses including our request to stay parked in the car park for an extra few hours after checkout. A cafe right next door. The heaters worked super well in cold weather.

The location is perfect being 3 min walk to the Red Brick Factory. The house is very cosy and functional with lots of space. The anime figurines and game room had personal touch and bonus for me. Instructions were very clear from check in to parking. Very helpful and proactive throughout our stay. Highly recommended for visits in Hakodate. Would definitely return when I visit Hakodate again.

Very nice location for those who want to enjoy the nature

We had a fantastic stay at this property, which was perfect for our family of 5 adults. We appreciated the privacy of having our 3 sons upstairs, giving everyone their own space to relax. One of the highlights was the onsen. We were absolutely thrilled with it and enjoyed it every chance we got. The view from the living room was incredibly therapeutic, especially when it snowed. Watching the snow fall while cozying up inside was truly magical experience. Overall, it was wonderful and memorable stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable and relaxation in a beautiful setting.

Clean and hygienic, convenient facilities, large space, suitable for many people to travel.

House was clean and beautiful. We were lucky to be the only guest there, so we got the entire house for us to use. Met the staff upon check in, and she is very kind to answer our question and taught us how to use the stuff in the house. Location is very convenient, 10-20mins walk to Mt. Hakodate ropeway, Brick house, Meijikan, train station and morning market. Nice cafe, Cafe Water, just beside the accommodation. Nice cocktail bar, Bar Shares Hishii, just 10mins walk away. Definitely a nice place to stay in. Only down side was that, bed was a little small for couple, and the convenient store is a little far.
