Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Lake Superior

Our family of four stayed here for a weekend of skiing at Mt. Bohemia. The suite was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. I forgot to bring my favorite coffee and was delighted to find that there was some excellent coffee on hand from a local roaster! I the view of Lake Superior was amazing. Would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Monika's place for a second time. The cabin offers quiet solitude, beautiful surroundings, and lots of outdoor activities in the area nearby.

Viewpoint and Beth are awesome. We went with two other couples for a winter weekend away. The home is even better than than the pics show and it gives you the full-deal north shore experience; sweet scents of the pines, rolling waves, crackling fire, mmm. The house is freshly updated, clean, and well stocked. It also has an epic book, game, and vinyl collection. 10:10 on the vinyl, seriously. There is also nice outdoor seating and a fire pit.

Simple cabin right near the Brule River. It was comfortable and had a nice kitchen. With the snow, it definitely beat camping. Its proximity to fishing locations is why I chose it. Definitely made it easy to get on the river early.

Great host and location for a quick family stay. We really enjoyed the sheep and our interactions with bandit. House was great for us.

Cozy , clean house on the ABR xc ski trails. Well equipt, with bedding, linens, washer and dryer, electric fireplace , well insulated . Wonderful place to stay for families, and women’s groups 😄

Great place to stay for snowmobiling..

I have so many positive things to say about this home. Barbara is a fantastic host, her son is helpful and friendly. The home, pond, gazebo and acreage are amazing. Lots of trails just behind the cabin, connecting to state forest trails. This is our second time staying at Barbs place and will totally return in the future.

Jason helped us realize a "bucket list" item by supporting our rental of The Cabin for one month! We love the Cable/Hayward area and knew the location of this house would provide walk out options for both x-c skiing and snowshoeing. This house is massive, yet cozy. The large windows bring in amazing light and views of the beautiful surroundings. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for visiting family and friends. The house was well-appointed, meeting all of our needs during our stay. We are grateful! Thank you Jason!

I stayed this past weekend for a funeral. And I’d come back! Granted, I’m from Kingsford so I know the area. But this place is a little jewel. They even had a fire pit, with pre cut wood. What a thoughtful amenity! The host was responsive/ property clean. Everything an Airbnb should be. Kudos! 🙌🏻👍🏻 All said, a couple of minor small observations. -Dust the dining room chairs, especially the rails. (I inspected hotel rooms for 20+ yrs.). ☺️🤷‍♂️ -That sliding door didn’t instill confidence. -An electronic lock with a code would be awesome. -T-mobile internet. ($55 per mth). Hot spot works, but it’s a pain. Great job and appreciate your warm hospitality! Best, -B

Kitchen was impressively well stocked. I always bring seasoning with me if I plan to cook in an Airbnb on vacation, and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the great selection of seasonings. As well as very nice pots and pans. Would stay there again !

We booked Joan's place thinking we had the whole house to ourselves, and ended up appreciating the company of Joan and her gorgeous cat. Joan was very generous with her time and baked goods. She shared her fresh baked scones, & muffins, a frittata and homemade preserves. The house was spacious while also cozy; remarkable in many ways.

We had a lovely stay in a warm October weekend! The house is super clean and stays cozy even when it was chilly at night. The property is beautiful and it’s located a short drive from a great beach!

The Bunkhouse exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, relaxing, and clean. We enjoyed being right on the lake, walking in the woods, a warm campfire, and the sauna! The internet allowed us to stream a Lynx basketball game, the porch offered quiet reading space, and the pullout sofa afforded restful sleep. Our old dog loved the calm outdoors and “Back 40”. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved everything about our stay! The views of the lake were incredible and the location was perfect. It was a quick drive to Lutsen Mountain and shops. We felt right at home and loved the local goodies that were provided. Definitely will plan to stay again!

It was a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately you can not walk to any restaurants or anything but the game room, spa, and sauna make up for it. For those that are light sleepers, the shared walls between units is very thin and you can hear other’s conversations. Other than that it is very nice. We would stay again.

Great place to stay in the Marquette area! Very peaceful and cozy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. Theresa was very helpful and responsive.

Located on the Wolverine ski trails was awesome. Winter wonderland in a fantastic setting and was truly magical during snow storms. Our two dogs were equally impressed

Jim and Melinda made our trip easy! They were quick to respond to any questions and made it feel like you were talking with family. Their home is beautiful and the heated floors & bed were the right touch on the cold winter nights. Definitely be back to visit!

It was a unique experience, I loved the cabin very much, very clean and spacious, what l liked the most was that he have the mountain to In the back of the cabin and look beautiful. Congratulations, and I will definitely be back to your cabin. Thank you very much

Perfect for a winter getaway! Snowy trails on site made for great cross country skiing and snow shoeing. Fireplace perfect for relaxing after long day on the trails.
