Lake house holiday rentals in Lake Shelbyville

This is a diamond in the rough! Beautiful place to stay! Very clean, beds are very comfortable, full bathroom, one walk in shower and 1/2 bath upstairs. We could even take our little dog! Has a beautiful view of the lake and birds and fun to watch the squirrels play. We will be back!

We had such a wonderful and comfortable stay while visiting with family for Thanksgiving. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful and the home was perfect for all of us visiting. Would love to stay again in the future.

Definitely would go back again, would 100% recommend to people who want a nice cozy getaway near water.

The house was very comfortable and homey. The lake was very nice. We were there while it was still cold, so we did not get to take advantage of the pool and hope to go back during a warmer part of the year. We highly recommend this house!

We enjoyed our weekend at Charming Victorian Getaway! The house was very clean and well maintained. The host was amazing - welcoming and made sure everything was an easy process for us! We will definitely be booking with Lauren again for our future trips!

Renee's place was everything we wanted and more for our vacation! Heated pool, hot tub, beautiful surroundings and peace/quiet. The mood/feel of the house was perfect upon arrival, the rooms lit and the music was a very nice touch! The house was very clean and we hope to be back again!! 10/10 would recommend!

The Ridge was nothing short of specular. We came for Spring Break as a girls trip. Although it was a bit chilly during our stay we found ourselves constantly playing on the Infinity Table. We felt right at home with all of the blankets and cozy furniture. Can't wait to visit again!

I travel a lot with show choir and staying in a hotel with several teenagers get tiring. This was a great place to stay where we all could have our own bedrooms and close to where they performed. Local restaurants just right around the corner and a cute diner just minutes away. The hot water was amazing! And didn’t run out It was really quiet in the neighborhood and door dash easily found the house when we needed food. Hostess responded in a very timely manner and polite. Definitely worth the stay!

I loved this home. I traveled to Decatur to visit family with my 3 children and this place was the perfect size. All of the rooms were a comfortable size, with great beds and linens. I especially loved the little loft/finished attic style bedroom. It’s such a cute, cozy, and clean home. Perfect location, close to the little downtown area and the lake. I can hopefully visit again when we come back to town because it was the perfect home for our needs.

The house was very clean and the furnishings were extremely nice. We loved the back deck and the pond area. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Clean. The kids loved all the games in the garage. Wal Mart delivery available. A baby gate would come in handy.

The house is lovely. It is very roomy and well decorated. We didn't get to use all of the amenities but everyone said if we had been there for other circumstances, it would have been a great place to stay. We were in town for a funeral, and it really afforded us a convenient, easy place to relax and be available for our loved ones. Clearly a great host and a great place to stay. It was immaculate!
