We had a really good weekend at Matthis‘ house! From communication before and during the stay, to amenities (only 5 wine glasses for 12 people, but everything else was more than abundant) to cleanliness, everything was just right for our group of 12. The hot tub and sauna overlooking the lake was of course unbeatable. There is not much going on in the area, but shopping, further walking routes and Co. are easily accessible by car. We can 100% recommend the house:)

All in all, a great Airbnb. We had a great time in the beautiful house and the communication was nice. Highly recommend!

The apartment is super cozy, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Especially in winter the place and the neighborhood are extremely quiet, you have the garden to yourself, that was great! You are quickly in Boltenhagen and also within 20 minutes walk on a wild beach that is perfect for the dogs! We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable all around! The place is really very cozily furnished and perfectly equipped. There was nothing missing! You can tell that even the smallest details have been thought of. The parents and the one-year-old child were delighted with the small great children's kitchen, the books and the amenities! Thank you for this! The absolute highlight was of course also the beautiful sauna and the uncomplicated use! We will be happy to come back and highly recommend it!

We enjoyed the time in the beautiful cottage very much! Everything was perfect: the house is lovingly furnished with old wooden furniture and attention to detail (even with fresh flowers). Everything is very thoughtful and there is really everything from bikes and wagons to the great coffee maker, sauna, parking, clothesline, games, books, etc! Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space inside and out with cozy and plenty of seating. Modern bathrooms and everything very very clean. Easy check in and nice contact. We would come back. We had a very nice stay and were also very welcome with our dogs. For the kids, there was a playground outside the door, which they were allowed to use and also rabbits. These were allowed to feed our children, but the lovely daughter of the hosts brought us two carrots out, just because she had seen us outside and thought she could make the boys happy with it and so it was. The place was clean and completely sufficient for a couple with two children. We felt very comfortable. Great was also the proximity of the beach.

We had a great time in Hoikendorf. The apartment is super nice and ideal for a family with several children. The attic makes every child's heart beat faster. The communication and check-in were great and the value for money a dream. Thank you very much!

Beautiful apartment, ideal for 2 people, there are many restaurants and bars nearby We arrived by train and the apartment could be reached in about 15 minutes from the main train station. Christian gave us tips directly and was available for questions. If we are in Rostock again, we will be happy to come back to the apartment.

We had a lovely stay. The place was clean, cozy, and as pictured. It's a little clairvoyant, but that didn't bother us. The location is great! The beach is easy to reach and the path to the train station is also within walking distance. Host Julia was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Clear recommendation, gladly again.

Those were wonderful days in Schwerin in Lisa's beautiful apartment. She is an extremely nice and always helpful host who gives good tips. Her garden is really a dream and the apartment with the (very small) balcony with a wonderful view of Lake Ostorf. The apartment is well appointed, although the bed creaked a little. The shower curtain is a small drawback, as it is either stuck to the body in the tub, or you leave it away with the risk of wetting the bathroom a little. All in all a really recommendable apartment and hostess.

Communication and also check-in with Bettina was great. She is super friendly, explained everything to you upon arrival and even sent excursion tips as a message. As soon as we enter the apartment we felt very comfortable. The beds were super comfy. We were also more than pleased with the welcome surprise with the personalized cups. The departure and the view of the Baltic Sea and the pier were very difficult for us. We will travel to Grömitz again to vacation there and if possible again with Bettina.

We had a lovely stay at the property and can definitely recommend it 😊👍🏼 The direct location by the sea is perfect. There are many restaurants, bars, and other attractions in the area. We would come back.

John was a great host. He has already contacted us at the time of booking, contacted us again before arrival to ask when we will arrive and waited for us until late at night. John lives right next door, was always available to us and yet invisible, it was really pleasant and peaceful in the apartment. Thank you again for all this, John. The accommodation is nicely located in a quiet residential area near a forest. The apartment itself is even better than it can be seen in the photos of Airbnb, here. Potential for improvement for the future. There is everything from a very spacious kitchen-living room, to a cot and children's toys to a cozily furnished smoking gazebo in the outdoor area. There is also plenty of free parking space in front of the house. It was an all-round positive experience for us and we will certainly come back to John's place again.

Great place to spend a few days on the Baltic Sea. It was all very clean and a quiet residential area. Highly recommended 👍

Absolutely great, clean apartment in prime location and with great amenities. We were there with our 1.5 year old daughter and the apartment absolutely met our needs. Also the communication was great and we would come back in a heartbeat.

We can only underline the very good reviews (including the winking note on the "interesting switch occupancy"😉). The contact with our hosts was impeccable (thank you for that!), the check-in problem-free, the pictures of the modern and newly renovated apartment correspond to reality, the location is ideal due to the very good connection to the public transport and the nearby shops, if you want to easily get to Hamburg (about 1 hour by bus) and take care of yourself. However, the bed is comparatively narrow ("queen size", so 140 cm). We were there "between the years", during that time everything was quiet. However, the apartment is located directly above a painting establishment. We cannot assess whether and to what extent this is an impairment. Small note: The address has been misleading every time we navigate through Google Maps, and it is helpful to specify the opposite supermarket.
