this was the second time we've been at Kate's for New Year's. we stayed once last year when my cousin booked, we liked it so much, we booked it for New Year's 2024 for the first time. Kate was a gracious host, the place was pristine and had everything we needed. she was always a great communicator, and quick to respond. All that said, we stayed again for New Year's 2025, and happy to report Kate was consistent, and we plan to make it a regular thing!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb for our family Christmas get together. The home was super cozy, clean, and spacious, providing the perfect setting for our family to eat, play games, relax, and create memories. It was easy to feel right at home, and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy each other's company. The living rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect for preparing and serving our large meals. Even though it’s winter time, the backyard and lake were still a beautiful setting for group photos. We can’t wait to come back in the summer to fully enjoy it! Andy was also very communicative and provided clear guidance. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate Christmas with our loved ones! Highly recommend for family gatherings.

Had a great stay in this home and Ash is a great host. It’s perfect for a big group, incredibly spacious and many rooms/beds to accommodate a lot of guests. The house was very clean and comfortable to be in for a long weekend. It’s also right on the lake, which makes for some beautiful views. We visited in the middle of winter so we weren’t able to make use of a lot of the outdoor amenities, but there was still plenty to do. The fire pit and movie room were perfect for a cold winter weekend! Only point of feedback is that there wasn’t a proper first aid kit or very many cleaning supplies. Overall, loved our time here and would absolutely recommend. 10/10!

We had a lovely stay here. When we arrived we found a few things that needed attention and the host was so responsive! There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The property was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Now we want to come back in the summer so that we can take advantage of the outdoor space! One thing to note is Google maps thought the house was a few houses down from the actually house. The house number is on the mailbox so keep on eye out for that

Pomi phenomenal host!! The property was awesome. My family really!! really!! enjoyed themselves. When questions and/or concerns would arise he would respond within timely manner an for me that's a plus!!! I would most definitely be recommending this property to my family, friends, and colleagues.

We live locally but had family coming from out of state and needed more space to accommodate. This offered everything we needed and was much more spacious than expected. The deck set up is great as we had rain some of the trip so could still enjoy outside in the covered section without having to get soaked. Will definitely consider booking again when family visits!

I would rate this house a 5 out of 5. The house looked just like the pictures . It was very clean . The host was very responsive, she was great. My family enjoyed the fire place located on the side of the house . There appeared to be a spider issue in the house . We saw a couple and had to kill them. The shower in the basement was very small. Besides that my family and I had a great blended thanksgiving and would definitely rent again . Thank you for everything Angela !!!

Joie and Mike have thought of everything a family could need while vacationing at Lake Anna. We had a great time there! It’s rare to find an AirBNB with 2 king bedrooms and this helped us easily accommodate our large family. We were even able to include our dogs who also really enjoyed their vacation! Highly recommend a stay here!

We loved staying at the Dog Days House. It was comfortable and clean and cozy for a weekend away. Our dogs especially loved the huge, fenced-in yard. Highly recommend this place!

Tracy was very welcoming, informative and accommodating. She was very available if we had any concerns. We were planning a boat trip on the lake and she helped coordinate a boat rental that led to a lovely day on the water. Her mom is cozy and tidy and we felt very comfortable there.

It was a perfect place for big group. Plenty of space and lots of things to do. East check in and out. Overall we had great experience at this place. Thank you!

The property was very welcoming and perfectly cleaned. The house was furnished with everything we needed for a weekend with friends. Kitchen had all of the needed equipment and tools. There were more than enough linens for us all. The supplied toiletries and kitchen products were much appreciated. We appreciated the thought that went into setting up this home for guests. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The next door neighbors were friendly as were their dogs. It’s hard to believe a home this clean is pet friendly, but we were appreciative to be able to bring our pets along for the trip. The owner communicated to us well in advance all of the instructions needed to access the home, door locks and WiFi. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at Karen’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared, making it feel like a true home away from home. Karen was an excellent host—responsive, accommodating, and attentive to every detail. The location was perfect, and the little touches throughout the home made the experience even more special. I highly recommend Karen’s place and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful House! Owner was very responsive. Right in the middle of everything. We were able to visit several different cities in a short drive time. Home was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. House was clean and updated. The view of the lake from the house was beautiful and we enjoyed quiet mornings, having coffee on the dock.

We had a great stay at the Blue House and can’t recommend it enough for your next trip to Lake Anna! The house was well-equipped, clean, and the host was flexible and accommodating with our check-in/out times. The property has beautiful, waterfront views and is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed with two other families for a weekend away. We had six adults and 7 kids 4yo and under (you read that right) and Tue setup was perfect for us! Open floor plan on the main level meant that we could keep eyes on the kids. The room setup was perfect for us, we put a few kids in the room upstairs with three beds, another couple in the bunk bed room, and my two babies used the pack-n-plays to stay on the main level with my husband and I. We had kids in all floor and parents on floors too! We visited in November so we didn’t get to take advantage of getting in the water but the kids loved fishing off the pier and we were all so thankful for the playground to burn off some energy! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking gear and knives and the movie room was an added bonus that we didn’t think we’d use much but we ended up loving! It was a great setup and price for our little getaway and we’ve already talked about coming back!

The cabin was the unique getaway we were looking for. Very spacious for 6 people and 2 dogs. Kitchen amenities were a great addition to the Thanksgiving meal prep. Oliver was proactive in reaching out which we very much appreciated!

As a group of 12 ( adults + kids) the place was perfect for us. We absolutely enjoyed our time at this beautiful home especially the backyard views with the lake were very peaceful.

Spectacular grounds and activities! We all enjoyed the pickleball courts and water views, I loved walking the wooded trails and around the lake with our dogs. A rustic house that fits the area perfectly and all the comforts of home! We have family in the area and this is the first year we decided not to stay with them so the location and amenities were everything that we needed for a quick break. The kids enjoyed the snacks after a long drive, my husband and I enjoyed lounging on the comfortable couches after being on the road. Access was easy and well lit. Perfect layout of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. We had pretty busy schedules and would have loved more downtime to take advantage of everything this property has to offer. Hosts were attentive before, during and after although we had no issues! Everything was clean and functional. Can’t wait to come back during the warmer seasons!
