Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Oconee

A beautiful lake house with lots of room and space to play. The house had 2 master bedrooms upstairs and a large downstairs area with 2 bedrooms as well. The outdoor areas were peaceful and our family enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit. Brittany was responsive and helpful with all issues. I would definitely travel here again.

Don’t hesitate to rent this gorgeous house! It was spacious, well-appointed, immaculately clean, and had plenty of activities to entertain a crowd. The fire pit was a fun addition, as well as the ping pong table, checkers board, and fishing pier. We would definitely go back!

Everything was great. Secluded but close to town. Would highly recommend staying here. And hope to stay here the next time I’m working in the area

We could not have asked for a better house to stay at while visiting Milledgeville! The house itself is beautiful, spacious, warm, and has elements for everyone. Whether you want to go on a little walk around the lake on the property, play games in the basement, watch a movie in the family room, or enjoy the sunset on the porch, this house had it all! What we really loved was that the house provided the feeling of seclusion while being so close to town. It was such an easy drive to get to all the activities happening in downtown Milledgeville while also allowing us to feel like we could disconnect and recharge. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to check-in and check-out easily. If anyone is looking for the perfect house to visit Milledgeville, this is the one. Next time we come to Milledgeville we will definitely stay here again! 

Great stay, the 3 bed room is a closed in garage, which was fine but wish we knew prior to booking. Beautiful location and comfy beds. Large kitchen!

We rented the home for Thanksgiving, since my husband passed 3 years ago we do a destination Thanksgiving myself and my 2 boys. This year we had a friend and her girls tag along. When you first walk in the home feels like it was just built, absolutely gorgeous, well furnished and the lighting just amazing. The kids were very excited with their "own space" in the large upstairs quarters, while the adults had privacy in the 2 bedrooms downstairs. The lake was just calming and we enjoyed just sitting having coffee on the deck and taking in natures beauty! All accessories needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal as well as the other meals during our stay. I would definitely recommend the lake house for peaceful serene getaway!!! I definitely will book again :) Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Fabulous find in the heart of Madison! The house was lovely and exactly as described. Very spacious and in a nice area of town. Well appointed with all the details…comfortable yet very clean. Comfy bed and linens for a great night sleep! All the necessities in the kitchen! Perfect spot for our family! Thank you for everything!

Had an amazing time with my kiddo at this place. Kristen and Cody are so friendly. My kid (and I) loved playing outside and petting the animals. The place is far enough away from town to be in nature with a few parks around it, but close enough to go grab food or something conveniently. They had Christmas decorations, kids toys, chocolates, all kinda stuff for us there, I swear my kid did like 10 puzzles lol

So enjoyable and perfect for our weekend away to visit our son at GCSU!

This was a great place for our family of 5 to stay after a football game in Athens. We were able to all stretch out and sleep comfortably in our own space.

Jeff was all around awesome! We came from Augusta in a hurry running from a hurricane with no power and Jeff was able to get us in his Airbnb from the time I booked it in less than 30 mins. I can not say enough great things about Jeff and his place. Our kids enjoyed every second on the lake paddle boarding riding bikes around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Jeff and his place to anyone!!!

We are so happy we found this location when looking for a place to stay close to Milledgeville and close to part of our family that was renting a big house about 7 minutes away. It worked out perfectly for us - close to family, right on the lake. Plenty of quiet space for our daughter to keep up on school work and fabulous wi-fi. We highly recommend Coops Landing for breakfast! Tasty, staff is so friendly and it is close by!

Great place to stay along the lake. Lance was a responsive host. He was quick to answer any questions. Our only complaint was having to take the trash with us on the way out. It was an inconvience for us with younger children. We felt this should have been included as part of the cleaning fee.
