Lots for the kids to do and a nice big space quick responses and excellent communicators we have 12 teenagers and 4 adults - somehow we managed with only 2 bathrooms!!!

due to Helene there was no wifi. Maria and her husband purchased a separate wifi device just so we had wifi. very responsive and helpful.

We stayed here right after Hurricane Helene for work, had to evacute for Milton, and then came back. Mark and his crew was amazing from start to finish in accommodations and communication.

Our stay was perfect, and Ashley was very quick to respond with any questions my guests and I had. The hot tub and fire pit were the highlights of the trip! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice staycation close to St. Pete! Thanks Ashley! 😊

Valerie deserves her super host status. Very responsive to all queries and very graciously accepted some suggestions for improvements. The house itself was well positioned for us. Close to airport and near our family function. Quiet neighborhood. Nice pool we couldn’t enjoy🥶 and the kitchen was beautiful wish we were cooking in!!! Comfortable sitting areas and the beds were super comfy! Great water pressure! The only hiccup was me not reading properly and I was typing the code into the door keypad….Make sure you use the code on the lock box as stated.

The place was beautiful and well-located, making it perfect for our stay. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, addressing our questions and concerns quickly. Highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay for a weekend at Tampa and of you intend to explore the west side of Florida. It is a great location in that its a quick 15min-20min drive from the airport and the downtown area is only 10 minutes away. The inside of the Airbnb was amazing! The inside was very clean when we got there and felt very much like home. The kitchen has come with a wide variety of dishes and come with a good coffee maker which was much appreciated. The bathrooms were very clean and all the bedrooms were very nice with plenty of space. Lastly, the area around the Airbnb is very quiet and very peaceful which makes it perfect to relax after a day from the beach or from exploring the area. I very much recommend for a weekend at Tampa and hope to stay again if it becomes available in the future.

Karina was extremely easy to work with and her home was exactly what we were looking for. We’ll be to TPA soon and will definitely be in touch.

Lena was an absolute great host. The house was clean and immaculate. She is a wonderful house with great communication skills. I’m sure I could say 1 million more words to describe how great of a home and host that she is but you have to experience it for yourself. She’s wonderful and so is her home. I would definitely stay there again 100%.

Jason was an absolutely wonderful host and so accommodating. We had several travel issues and needed to find a place last minute, and Jason was super responsive and helped get our vacation back on track. He's super helpful and his home is absolutely gorgeous and close to so many things. An amazing place to stay and relax. So glad we found his home, it truly saved our vacation.

We had the best time at The Pickett Fence!! This was the first airbnb that I actually felt safe and relaxed in. Jason is a wonderful host and gave a perfect tour of the house when we arrived. There was everything we needed and more here! Next time I stay I can pack much lighter 😉.

The house is clean and private. Nice patio and pool. Dishwasher is good. Rooms are good. The master toilet is little tight to straighten the legs. Hosts are responsive and helpful. House size is kinda small for the high pricing. Maybe it is due to the demand and the hurricane. Overall rating should be 4.5-4.8.

Great place to stay with plenty of room. The house is in a really nice neighborhood and close to the beach. The house has been fully renovated and is really nice. Comfy beds, laundry on site, and everything you need. Highly recommend.

Vito allowed us to check in early, which was great since we had to check out of our resort at 11am in Kissimmee then drive an hour and a half to Largo. The home was very easy to find and check in. Once we entered the home we could feel the love Vito puts into welcoming his guests. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The snacks and waters were such a sweet touch. The kids, and Grandma, lol, enjoyed playing pac man. We all appreciated the big TV’s not only in the living room, but also bedrooms: an amenity we take for granted at home, but had to do without at other Airbnbs and hated it, so we are truly grateful Vito has them in his home. The home really had everything we needed. We enjoyed our peace there after five days at the very busy Disney parks. Thanks again Vito. We look forward to coming again.

Hoang is a wonderful host who was very thoughtful and respond quick. She bought my family some special fruit as a treat and has suggested us to an authentic Chinese restaurant, which turns out to be very delicious and made us feel like we were eating back at Hong Kong. The home was very clean and located at a very convenient place, close to many shops, gas stations and restaurants. It is also decorated beautifully and clean. Overall a wonderful experience!!
