Beautiful little spot to stay only minutes walk away from Lake Macquarie. We had a fantastic time here!

Our holiday at Helen's lakeside property was absolutely fantastic! The location could not have been more perfect, right in front of a serene lake with picture-perfect scenery. The view from the property was breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and memorable stay. The spacious outdoor deck allowed us to fully enjoy the natural beauty around us, whether we were having meals, playing games, or simply soaking in the view. Inside, the house was just as impressive—spacious, immaculate, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that Helen has taken great care in maintaining the property, and it made our family feel right at home. What made this holiday even more special was the fact that it was a multi-generational trip with our children and grandchildren. We had a fantastic stay, this Airbnb was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. It was a short drive to our concert at the Civic, and right on our doorstep were cafes, pubs, shops, and the new bakery, Crumb (thanks to Louise for the tip!). The space was bright and spacious, the bed was super comfy and the private, secure backyard was perfect for the dogs. Everything felt really thoughtful and welcoming.

We had the most wonderful weekend at Littles Lakeside. Madeleine thinks of everything before you need to and its the little extras like late check out before you ask that shows this host goes above and beyond. The location couldn't be better especially if you are into boating and fishing. We will definitely be back, thanks Madeleine for having us stay.

Great home for our weekend getaway. Very close to lots of thing's to do. The home was perfect and the dogs loved the big backyard. Daniel & Sarah were very helpful and we very much enjoyed our time at their home.

Excellent accommodation. Kids friendly and a lot of activities. House is in good condition. Fully equipped kitchen. Bed is so comfy. Really nice to have animals on the premises. Great place to catch up and wind down.

Beautiful home, great location, clean and tidy and had 5 seperate beds which was a rare find in the area. The pool was a lovely touch. The host was very friendly and communicated so well. We had a stress free stay there with no issues whatsoever. Thank you Tara!

Amazing place to stay, clean and well-organised. The swimming pool with the lake view is beautiful, and the kayaks are perfect for enjoying some different activities on the lake. Matt was very friendly and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

Stewart's place is a pet friendly stay ideally situated 5 minutes away from the John Hunter Hospital. The accommodation was spacious & comfortable with a leafy outlook. Steward is a friendly host & our stay was perfect for what we needed.

Had a great stay, Beautiful part of Australia. Place is close to beach and the pool and bungalow is nice and private. Little touches like bread, eggs and a few beers in fridge were much appreciated and added to the experience. Would highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, had a beautiful view, and offered plenty of space for us and our dogs to relax. It was great to find a spot that was truly dog-friendly—our dogs felt right at home. The backyard was secure, and there were lovely walks nearby. Carly and Katie were friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for anyone travelling with pets!

Jack is a very friendly and nice host and we had very smooth communication during our stay. The house was lovely with quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to the shops.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway! The pictures didn't do the place justice, we had a fantastic time at the house with the large backyard and pool. Alex was a fantastic host who was extremely helpful and responsive even showing us through the house making us feel right at home. Would recommend to others!

This was the second time we stayed at Naomi’s place and it was just as good as the first time round. Naomi was also very responsive and helpful when our travel plans needed changing at the last minute. We’ll be back again.

Tyler’s place was a great stop over for a business trip with all the amenities required. The space was spotless and we appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. Tyler was friendly and responsive in his communications.

The whole house was just right for us. 6 adults and 2 toddlers and a baby. Hannah even offered a cot and high chair for us. She is very responsive and thoughtful. She even left some Easter surprises for us in the fridge. It was great having the outdoor balcony upstairs too so we could relax (as much as you can with little ones around) and enjoy the view. We used the house and pool a lot as the children are so young. Great location and a wonderful home.

Great house in a peaceful rural setting with lovely styling and pared-back furnishings. Plenty of space for our family of 5 (and dog) to relax and enjoy the bush surrounds. Kids absolutely loved the flying fox, too (I think the whole suburb heard their screams of joy!).

We had a lovely stay, they allowed an early check in which was ideal. Had everything we needed and more with the extras they provided (fridge with the basics and a well stocked pantry!). Oh and the appliances were top notch! Coffee machine, a brand new kitchen, the works. Jai & her husband were lovely to chat to and had great recommendations for the area. Many thanks again 😊

we went searching for a last minute kid from getaway, the only prerequisites were that in needed to be in nature surrounds, peaceful and a place to switch off...well it exceeded in a big way. we have the most beautiful 24hours and would highly recommend for anyone needing to switch off and tu e out the busy world!! Attila was so friendly day and helpful. can't wait to return for longer!!

Really great place! Went away for a weekend getaway with my family and was so nice to be able to take my dog with us. The only thing that would make the place better is if the pool was heated! We were all looking forward to going swimming, but unfortunately we had cold weather and the pool was too cold for us to use - which was disappointing. Otherwise, great place and would recommend :)

A beautifully converted barn. Such a nice space and very relaxing. Their whole family is lovely and very helpful. Have us a tour of the farm to meet all the animals. Our dog played with their dog, was very happy and we took him on a nice long leash walk along a back road with great views. A great place to get away.
