The lone winter pelican just came back! see pics Bring your bike and enjoy a ride down CR301 to the pedestrian bridge. Canoe, SUP, floats, & fish gear provided. TNL & Perrissos wineries, Longhorn Caverns, Spider Mountain and Inks Lake SP close by. Fastest internet in area.

The Bunkhouse room w/ private beach ON Lake LBJ

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere-not even the beach. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..
