Holiday rentals with a sauna in Lake Lugano

We stayed a total of 5 nights at Jonathan's, the place was as pictured. The view was beautiful. Everything was clean and superbly equipped. The furnishings are of high quality and the beds very comfortable. The swimming pool with sauna was a great change, our daughter enjoyed it very much. We were mostly alone in the pool. Using the sauna was not an issue either. We say thank you and can highly recommend Jonathan and his accommodation

The surroundings with the view look very nice and the pools have delighted us. The path on foot from the village center is steep, with stairs faster but exhausting. But with very nice views. We loved the stay and the provider was accommodating with all the information we needed.

My stay at Sandro’s place was great. The host was super accommodating and responsive. The apartment was just amazing! Both me and my kids had a great time. Thank you soo much!

Our stay was really fantastic! We were received in a very friendly manner and felt comfortable right from the beginning. The place was modern, new and well equipped – nothing was missing. We especially loved the relaxed atmosphere and the beautiful amenities such as the pool and sauna, which is why we will definitely be back. A few small notes: It would have been nice if larger towels had been provided for the pool, sauna and shower. Also, the fridge was so cold that it frozen everything, and we couldn't adjust the temperature unfortunately. Another point is that the hot tub that is being advertised could not be used in winter as no water was filled – that was a little disappointing. Despite these little things, it was a beautiful stay that we very much enjoyed!

The place was exactly as described. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, it had everything we needed. The glazed balcony was great because when the sun was shining, we could sit outside even in winter. The location is great, the bus stop is only a few meters away and via the path along the lake, you can reach Locarno in 30 minutes. Nearby there is a playground, which could be easily reached on foot. Communication worked out great, Ralph always responded very quickly and was always very friendly. We would recommend the place.

Our daughter loved the pool. It's ideal for families. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. Locarno is accessible within 20min or a 5min bus journey. Accessing the flat was step-free via the lift, ideal for buggies. Would book again.

For festival goers this is a good listing, although you won't be able to make the Piazza Grande screenings.

October 2024, 2 people We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, well-kept apartment. It is high quality and fully equipped. 2 equivalent great bedrooms with very comfortable beds and quality bedding. Very spacious dining area, also suitable for working, great Internet throughout. Fantastic view from the beautiful balcony and from one of the bedrooms. This apartment is just GREAT! Beautiful, quiet surroundings and just a few minutes' walk to the lake and promenade. Brigitte is a friendly, attentive host and helps where she can. It is important to pay attention to the check-in and check-out times and a few rules, then you can spend a fantastic vacation here.

Nice place with great amenities

We were lucky to rent this flat, and honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The flat is well-organized, exceptionally clean, modern, and incredibly spacious. Location: It's just a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it very convenient. If you're driving, the flat offers easy private parking, and the highway is only a 2-minute drive away. When we opted for a taxi to visit the busy part of town, it took around 15 minutes and cost 20-25 euros. The host was very welcoming, and we immediately felt at home with a warm Italian family-style reception. and giving us all recommendation nearsit shops and delicious bakery in the area. the area is very safe and calm neighborhood . The flat itself was large, and the balcony was a highlight—we thoroughly enjoyed having our morning coffee there. I highly recommend this flat, especially for families or couples looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I liked everything, the photos responded to reality . And the apartment has everything you need and even more. The view from the balcony is just great, in the morning you drink the most bliss. All issues were resolved very quickly. Recommended .

The place was absolutely beautiful!! The view is stunning and the apartment was modern and furnished contemporary and high end. Bed was super comfortable and loved the electronic black out shades. When we opened them in the morning, it looked like a spectacular painting! We rented a car so the drive down to Varenna took about 10-15 minutes from leaving the apartment, getting car, and exiting the gate to parking in the town.

We felt completely comfortable at Casa Gioia. In the middle of nature, surrounded by beautiful flowers and a gentle stream noise, we were able to enjoy the days and relax. This is truly a special and power-giving place. The house also fulfilled all our wishes. The hosts and also the caretaker were very helpful and accommodating. We will be happy to come back. Carmen's place was incredible. The house is clean, tidy and we found everything we needed. The house is located in a corner and immediately in front of the lake and it was very pleasant to take a walk in the morning on the lake in complete tranquility. The room where there is a sauna and jacuzzi brought us the feeling of staying on another zen floor and we really enjoyed ourselves! Highly recommended!

Villa Alba has everything you need and is just wonderful! With a lot of attention to detail and personal decor, it creates a welcoming ambiance. The kitchen is excellently equipped, and the entire place was extremely clean. Nature and surroundings offer an oasis of tranquility. The fantastic view of the mountains, also right from the property, is stunning. A small supermarket and a charming cafe are within walking distance. By car, there are also numerous great opportunities for activities in nature, visits to villages and excellent restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the time very much, especially the sauna and the terrace in it were a highlight. A warm thank you to the hosts for the many useful tips and recommendations as well as the wonderful, direct and friendly communication. We would love to move in right there:-)

Only 1/2 hour away from the hustle and bustle of Locarno, one of this enchanting place, in this almost uninhabited rustic village, gives the feeling of being in the longest past. Casa Mille Sassi is decorated with a lot of talent and a sense of design, so we always feel very comfortable. For me, the highlight is the freestanding bathtub with a view of the hills and preparing food in the great kitchen, while a lively fire burns in the fireplace. Simply beautiful here❣️

The place is so much better than we imagined. A lovely little cabin and so so peaceful. Corinne was super helpful and we felt right at home. The spa is well worth doing too! Would highly recommend. Thank you Corinne!

We loved staying at Denise's home. The house is beautifully decorated and light-filled, with lovely open spaces for being together. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated that Denise said we could use a few pantry items, since we were only staying a few days, and were flying home right after. The beds were comfortable and our girls (ages 7 and 9) love, love, love all the toys and books. After being on the road for a while, staying somewhere where it felt like their best friends lived was amazing! We appreciated the ability to pull down the black-out shades, too, for them and us, as we definitely stayed up later in Italy than we do at home. At night we could hear the creek, and we did a little walking on the path that goes to the lake. Thank you, Denise, for such a lovely home away from home!
