beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The listed, former rectory has a holiday home in the entire right part of the house, which was completed in 2018 and is about 98 sqm in size. The half-timbered building under thatch is located on a large, quiet and idyllic property. The apartment has its own garden area. The Rügische Bodden is only a few kilometers away. The shallow water is ideal for families with children, and four-legged friends are also allowed on the beach at any time of the year. The natural paradise offers wonderful hiking, biking and horseback riding trails.

Close to the center, nice place in quiet location

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our in-law in a quiet & central location can accommodate max. 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, shopping facilities for daily needs are located in the immediate vicinity. For children there are several playgrounds nearby and also the connection to the island of Rügen is very conveniently located. Not only two- and four-legged friends are welcome.

The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The fully fenced garden is ideal for your four-legged companion. Located just a few minutes' walk from the center of Templin and even less to the idyllic swimming spot "Schinderkuhle", you can enjoy the perfect mix of relaxation and activity here. We are happy to arrange contact with the dog care "Dorfköter", so that you can also realize excursions without a dog, e.g. to the Naturtherme Templin.

This historic accommodation in Ostseena's surroundings is much to discover. A rural garden with a large, fully fenced run for dogs make the approximately 5000 m2 property unique. On the loggia, there is, among other things, a bed, which can be used as a cozy outdoor sofa bed or adventure bed. The location between Rostock and Bad Doberan is conveniently located and only 10 km to the Baltic Sea. A bus stop is very close to the house.
