Roberto and Marco are fantastic hosts, very kind and helpful. The communication was very pleasant and straightforward from the beginning. The apartment is located in a quiet, well-kept residential area, is perfectly equipped, tastefully furnished and very clean. Roberto and Marco have even provided numerous ingredients for breakfast and in general for cooking. From the beginning, you felt like you were visiting friends. The location of the apartment is optimal. Very close to the accommodation (3-5 minutes walk) there are good grocery stores (fruits, vegetables, bread and sweet pastries, ham, cheese), a good restaurant, two small fine bars, also supermarkets are very close. Both the historic old town at the top of the hill and the elegant pedestrian zone with beautiful shops can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot. The best place I stayed at in Italy. I booked it 2 hours before I arrive, and it was fully prepared, clean, and the property owner was so supportive and helping, as I annoyed him with my questions regarding the apartment, and I didn’t know how to use the oven and he helped me:) .. thanks for the support. The apartment is also located in a very good place, bear by the centre.

We stayed in one of Guestly Srl's apartments and had a great time. Warm welcome from the host and total availability. The property, clean and well equipped, is in a strategic location a short distance from the historic center. Ideal place especially for those traveling with furry friends. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos. All of the residence managers and staff are incredibly nice, helpful and flexible. Our stay exceeded our expectations. The attentiveness and kindness of the personnel is what really stood out as exceptional. It’s such a welcoming place, I wish we had stayed longer and hope to return!

Fantastic ground floor apartment in the heart of Bergamo. It's very close to restaurants, shops, museums etc and has a supermarket 5 minutes away. The apartment is clean and modern, is well heated and has very good shower. Large TV for the rainy days and lazy evenings with fantastic internet (we took a Firestick with us so we could access our own programs.) Marco was very engaging throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again.

If you want a get-away-from-everything holiday; this is your place! Andy and Sabine are excellent hosts, communicating very clearly in advance and during our stay, taking the time to go the extra mile and sort out issues quickly and in a friendly way. The piece de resistance of this property is the outdoor pool, which is simply magnificent. We also used the bread delivery service and this was also appreciated and made a good start to the mornings!

Very clean, there was nothing missing. The only drawback is the hotel next door, which celebrated a wedding and we were exposed to extreme volume until late at night. The host can't do anything about it, but this should be noted when booking this situation.

the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

The accomodations are exactly as described. Great floorplan/layout and very quiet in the evenings. We loved the location, not in the city of Verona, but close enough to get there easily. We found nearby restaurants to be outstanding, and made us some wonderful memories. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Six of us had a very nice stay. The house with retro charm has a very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden overlooking the lake right on the ferry dock. Stefania was always quick and flexible and sent great tips!

This lovely place exceeded our expectations. Everything about it is extremely tasteful: the lighting is stylish, the fireplace cosy, the kitchen cleverly laid out. And Cinzia such a charming and generous host. We would return in a heartbeat.

Andrea’s place was immaculate. Clean and comfortably laid out. For a non-European driver, entering the parking can get a bit tricky when the street is busy. However, it’s nice to park inside and offload your luggage right by the door. Andrea is a super host. He anticipated we were a family and setup a little bed for our daughter next to our bed, ahead of our arrival. It made a difference and made us feel so welcomed.

We had a very nice extended weekend at Carmen's place. Everything was as described and the photos. We will be happy to come back :)

Ideal location for my activities, parking is available right in front of the house. The kitchen is super equipped, even in the fridge was a little prepared, also spices and vinegar and oil for salad. Frederica was accommodating and warmly welcomed me. Thanks for the nice week.

Great stay for us. Worked perfectly for 2 adults and a baby facilities were exactly what we needed to make our holiday enjoyable. Flávio met us at the apartment and showed us round the property and made us feel very at home also happy to answer any questions and advise. Top quality apartment and a fantastic holiday stay right in the heart of bergamo near 2 x Xmas markets.

Very comfortable apartment for ski lift to Spinale. Private underground parking with direct access to the elevator that leads directly to the apartment. The house had all the comforts including dishes and pots. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK

We absolutely loved our stay!! Marina was extremely nice and helpful. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. There is even a lovely balcony to enjoy the evening breeze!
