Had a great stay at the a-frame! Beautiful home and a relaxing stay. Very responsive host. Spent some time in Frankenmuth and it was the perfect get away for me and my family.

Staying at Two Trees was the perfect fall weekend getaway for my husband, pup and I! The location was perfect to explore the Huron manistee National forest and do some hiking at the Lumberman’s memorial. We also went up to Alpena to try the breweries and the winery. We really enjoyed the Alcona brew haus in harrisville as well - they catered to my husbands allergies and had many vegetarian options for me! Their Oktoberfest was my favorite beer I tried. Our favorite part of the trip was staying at the cabin though - the beach access was amazing and we loved relaxing by the water or walking and rock hunting. The queen bed was also very comfortable and the house has all the amenities you could think of. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to spend some time in the area, at the beach, or in the National forest!

Absolute dream rental. Mark is an awesome host, very responsive and friendly. The house is in such an incredible location steps from the beach, super quiet area. Went on a colder weekend and had a blast, can’t imagine how cool this place is in the middle of summer.

My wife along with our dog had an amazing weekend. The property and surroundings were beautiful. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility and loved spending time in the Sauna. Added bonus is that the kitchen is stocked with all the basics and the hosts left behind some very thoughtful welcome gifts upon arrival. 5 star, would recommend and hope to visit again next year!

The only thing that could have made it better is if we could have stayed longer. Found this beautiful gem last minute for familyThanksgiving plans we had in the area. Worked out perfectly, gorgeous home and such a peaceful view. Well stocked and many helpful hints and thoughtful extras. The beds were quite comfy and a great place to lay our heads after a long drive. Will definitely be adding this listing to our favorites list and hope to return soon.

Jim’s place is absolutely perfect for a solo traveler, as myself, or a couple. The apartment is newly remodeled and very well appointed. The location can’t be beat as it is a block away from downtown Kincardine’s Main Street and just a few blocks away from the Lighthouse, marina and Lake Huron. Jim is super nice and respectful of your privacy. A great find!

We had a great 3 night stay at Sarah’s place! It was the perfect cozy spot for us to relax and very close to our family who lives in Owen sound. The bed was very comfy , kitchen was perfect for cooking. Fireplace made it very cozy. Very grateful for the delicious coffee and few snacks! Sarah was very helpful to communicate with. We felt at home and would come stay again! Thanks very much!

This is a great place for a couple, located right by the water with a lovely view over the Bay. Super easy to find, and only a 2 minute walk into town and right across from the beach. A comfortable bed, all the kitchen utensils necessary and lovely propane stove in the living area. Private driveway near the doorway to the Unit. We would come again!

What a wonderful relaxing weekend away. The sauna and hot tub were so wonderful while surrounded by snow and icicles. The sauna window is such a treat. We had a wonderful time and would love to visit again.

We had a nice time at Heather’s cozy apartment. She had great local recommendations and it’s super walkable to Walloon Lake which was much appreciated. Also very close to everything at Boyne Resort. It was a great weekend!

We had a wonderful stay in Suite B. The unit has everything you can possibly need. walking distance to all the local Elora shops and restaurants. Very clean. We would highly recommend staying here!

We were very happy with how spacious the condo was and how nice the kitchen was. We were very comfortable and enjoyed having a nice and affordable night away. We did visit after massive snow accumulation and although the snow banks were 5 feet high, all of the pathways and stairways were clear and easy to access. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to return in the future.

A quiet gem. Private with a beautiful forest view. The perfect winter getaway. Pristinely clean and all the amenities a family of 4 would need. Ski in and out access is a plus (snow dependent). My family plans to return.
