Holiday rentals with beach access in Lake Havasu

Fantastic place to stay. The balcony lets you see the water and watch the boaters and walkers, and get great sun all day! This place is a 3-5 minute walk to restaurants in the English Village under the London Bridge. Very comfortable condo stocked perfectly!

Erika was a great host! Beautiful home, nice amenities, and peaceful location. She was incredibly responsive and 10/10 would stay again.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect as we were able to enjoy walks in the nearby park, to the facility pool and to nearby restraunts. The stay was comfortable and felt like home. We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was clean, cozy, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check-in process was seamless. One of the shower heads was broken, but the host responded immediately and sent a repairman to fix it right away—great service!

Very nice condo & convenient to everything. The view from the back patio is great, Loved watching the birds & the golfers. Everything in the condo worked great & well maintained. The property outside was very clean & well maintained. Host did a great job of communication, we really appreciated that. Comfortable & quiet place for the 32 days we were there

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

We cannot say enough great things about our stay at Becky's place. Becky and her team are amazing hosts. Great communication and fast responses.  We needed to check in a little early and Becky and her team were very accomodating to our request. The house is as pictured. Fully stocked kitchen for long stays. Beds and living space are comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard and it was super pet-friendly. Felt like home. Super clean. Home was easy to find and clear instructions for getting inside.  Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Beautiful sunsets over the lake at the front of the house. Location is perfect for city events, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, gas stations, and of course lake access.  We love Lake Havasu and are very impressed with our first visit, and staying at Becky's home made the experience even more memorable. We would definitely recommend and we hope to stay at Becky's again for our future stays.

Perfect stay for our family. Grandkids loved the pool and the house had everything we needed.

This home is a techies dream! Everything is automated from the blinds, surround sound inside and out, to the kitchen faucet. It's in a convenient location our kids had their e-bikes and they could ride 5-10 minutes and find a park, shopping, coffee shops and more!

Our family enjoyed the stay at this property and everything was perfect ! We were provided with all the information we needed. The Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The beds were comfortable, bathroom and backyard ( heated pool & jacuzzi) are excellent. Location of house is incredible with a lake view. Everything is clean, organized and home decor is cozy, warm and welcoming This make our family vacation comfortable and memorable. Thanks Jennifer and Austin for a wonderful weekend. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great place in north Parker! Plenty of space in front of the garage and on the side to park boat or trailer with truck. Real nice view of the river. We would definitely stay here again.

Another amazing stay at Katelyn's place. Such a perfect, cozy home. This was our second stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay on the island. Very close to the water. Big 2 bed, 2 bath. Great deck space. It's just perfect!! Shout out to Katelyn, who is a fantastic communicator and a great host!

First time in this unit. Very nice and comfortable. Level 3 has the best views.

Vicki was wonderful to work with. She was helpful and communicative. When I encountered an issue, she helped right away and was flexible. We already have our next stay booked.

Ryan has a wonderful place. The view of the bridge and the lake is the best part. The interior is very welcoming and comfortable. Easy to get to and instructions were thorough. Ryan was very responsive and helpful. We were able to charter a pontoon and they picked us up right in front of the condo. Will definitely be back next time and would highly recommend.

Kory was very helpful, communicative, and accommodating. The instructions for checkin were great and Kory was flexible, letting us arrive and hour early since the place was ready. We had a small issue while we were there which was quickly resolved and we were offered late checkout for the inconvenience. The location was unbeatable as we were able to walk to the channel and local shops and restaurants. The community was friendly and there was plenty of parking for our boat which we loved. Beds were comfortable with plenty of cozy blankets and pillow. We will definitely plan on staying again on a future trip!

Place was as described. Given that it was 4th of July weekend, I had to pay an upcharge but that was to be expected.

Love the queens bay! Luanns space was in prime location. Super clean and felt homey. Great pool for after lake unwinding. Also has all the steaming platforms which was perfect to catch the Olympics!

Laura was very helpful throughout the check in process as well as always letting me know she’s there for us. We had a great stay and would gladly stay there again as the location was ideal and close to restaurants and the lake/channel
