We had a great time. House was awesome, pool was amazing. Bbq area was great with outdoor tv. Very close to the Riviera marina for launching, plenty of parking. It was 120 degrees, so getting off the lake and going back to the house and enjoying the pool and the house ac was great. Definitely stay here again. 5 star for sure. And the appliances and huge fridge and freezer was a huge plus. 10/10

Tranquil Get Away w/ Lake Views!

We stayed here for a family reunion at the lake and appreciated having our own space to relax and prepare food for the event. Upon arrival, we received a code for entry, and the house was clean and ready for us to enjoy, especially the pool, which was perfect for the 100-degree weather. There were plenty of towels for both showers and pool time, and we appreciated the Keurig machine with coffee pods. The pantry also had a few useful items. The only downside was that we were informed of construction on the premises just one day before check-in. While there was no construction during our stay, the side gates were left completely open due to the ongoing work and couldn't be closed. Overall, it was a great stay!

The Perfect Lake House

We had such a great time. James was very helpful in every question or concern I had. This is a very cozy house. Our labrador pup enjoyed playing in the fenced backyard. She was able to learn how to get along with the neighbors dogs. This will definitely help her in the future. She really liked Daisy (a fellow yellow Labrador) The neighborhood was clean and felt safe. There wasn't anything in walking distance (that we seen) We didn't mind this at all because we just wanted to go explore all the cool things in the city. London bridge, a boat ride around the lake and hiking in Sara Park (yellow trail- Sara's crack) is a must to go see!

The house was great. It felt like home. Everything was really clean and organized my kids and I felt very comfortable. it's really Close to the London Bridge to Walmart. It's very nice place to stay 100% recommended

Felt right at home nice and cozy spot. 5 minutes away from the London bridge. Easy to park and catch a ride on in the Ferry to Havasu Landing. Good size pool and the front yard you get a glimpse of the water. I would highly recommend this place.

Patricia was an amazing host from the beginning, any questions or concerns I had before/during our trip I knew I could contact her and within minutes I would have a response. I was a bit concerned because sometimes when you reserve a place to stay online the pictures tell a different story. However, with Patricia's Listing what you see is what you got, everything was AMAZING!!! The house was perfect for our mini getaway, the lounging area in the back yard was perfect to watch the sunrise and set. That VIEW was just breathtaking!!! I cannot wait until our next stay here. The beds and even the couch was super comfortable. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT I HAD TO LEAVE!! :( LOL Thank you for opening your home to us and for sharing that view!!!

this place was amazing! So clean, very private. Close to water, beautiful home. Big bedrooms, lots of parking. Pool was perfect, clean and fun. Host were wonderfully and friendly. I will be telling all of my friends and family of the great vacation home. We will be back for all our trips. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Lake Escape w/Heatable Pool & Spa

The Chavez Group listing was a very nice, clean and well appointed big 3 bedroom home with fully equipped kitchen and luxurious linens. We came in November and paid extra for the pool and jacuzzi to be heated. But the temperature never got warm enough to really enjoy. One needs a car to get to most amenities in Lake Havasu City.
