Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Hartwell

This house is amazing and the pictures didn’t do it justice. I love that it was decorated for Christmas! The picture windows provide a beautiful view of the lake. So much so that you can enjoy the outside without ever having to go out. The rooms are generous in size and the two spacious kitchens allowed us to make separate meals at once! It’s both quaint and cozy and we are working to plan our next family getaway at Steve’s place.

THE VIEW, the view, did I mention the view? We stayed for a month to be near a new grand baby, explore Greenville and enjoy a change of scenery. Another son & wife, with toddler & baby, joined us for a week. It is their home so has many personal items but plenty of room was provided for our things. It was spacious & comfortable for a long stay, w private quiet bedrooms, good beds & water pressure. It is an older home w beautiful wooden creaky floors. It has an unusual floor plan w the main bathroom down 3 stairs to the hall and the second bedroom connects on the other side. The second full bathroom is off an office near the 3 bedroom. A large private hot tub (up 3 stairs near the master, then up 3 stone stairs.) was the perfect modern addition. We immensely enjoyed the gorgeous large fireplace! These features all add to the charm of this unique home. Even in the dead of winter we enjoyed watching the lake wildlife, kayakers, fishermen and even a bald eagle! Thank you!

2024 Christmas Holidays. Secluded house with several surrounding dwellings, very close to main roadways. Has all you need, plenty of lovely outdoor space, excellent hot & cold air conditioning, very comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen and the hot tub is an absolute plus! Totally recommended. Linda is a fantastic host. Five stars!

Charlie Mountain, view of surrounding mountains and Lake Burton view incredible. Stayed for a family vacation and everyone had plenty of room with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Young folks enjoyed the entire bottom floor with wide-screed TV and hotter on porch. Main living area comfortable with nice fireplace. We were able to gather, go visit Clayton that included nice local recommendations from Randall. Appreciated the timelines of Randall's notices when we arrived. Truly the best Christmas season trip we've ever had.

JoAnn was extremely responsive and courteous. I arrived late to the property and she answered my call when I needed help. The property itself was gorgeous! I was totally blown away with how pretty it is. There were so many waterfalls within a short drive from the location. So many hiking trails and things to do. I stayed during the winter and definitely want to come back in the summer or fall . Couldn’t have been happier with the property cabinet itself and all the amenities that were available for us to use. Can’t wait to see the property again and enjoy this beautiful cabin with more of my family.

We had a wonderful family reunion Thanksgiving at Alan’s. The house exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and comfortable, we had plenty of space and the kitchen was extremely well stocked! Many people in our party commented that the pictures did not do the property justice. We were a multigenerational family, and everyone found something to do whether it was watching football from the cozy basement or going on the lake in the paddleboard or hanging out in the hot tub!It was the perfect way to spend our holiday with our senior Tigers!

With all the personal touches, Feels like your smart stylish best friend prepared for your arrival. A unique, eclectic, cozy space delights the eye anywhere you look. I could stay here a week happy to read their selections and cook in the best stocked kitchen i have ever seen in an Airbnb. I will be planning any future trips to Easley specifically around whether this Airbnb is available to rent again!

Our stay was better than we could have imagined! So beautiful and peaceful! The cottage was perfect, the indoor and outdoor wood burning fireplaces…stunning! Shout out to the local coffee shop and bakery, Tallulah 1882. Coffee, pastries and sandwiches were incredible and just a few minute drive from the cottage. We can’t wait to return! Hiking at Panther Creek was great and the little town of Helen was worth the drive!

Absolutely loved this place. The location, the size and layout of the house worked perfectly for our family. The little town of Lakemont is adorable. Loved it all! Looking forward to going back.

We were in Walhalla for one night to attend a show at the performing arts center. The loft was spacious, clean, and has tons of character. My husband and love old buildings, so we were quite enamored by the rustic charm of the loft. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

David's place was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home and had everything we needed for the weekend. David was also a very responsive host. We would definitely book again in the future!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. My wife liked the accessories in the kitchen. She felt like she was in her kitchen. We will be back again.

Lisa was an excellent host. We scheduled our booking late the night before we intended to check-in. She went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed with a quick turnaround, was friendly, and made us feel welcome as we arrived. She was responsive and kind. The accommodations were great and so beautiful. Lisa was also flexible with our check-out time, giving us a slow morning and allowing the children to play on the dock and spend some time in nature. We had a lovely time and would stay again. Thank you, Lisa!

Jason was very proactive and responsive. Location is removed but still extremely close to all of Seneca’s offerings. Had fun at the pool.

This AirBnB was perfect. I booked this with 6 of my friends to attend the Clemson homecoming game and we had a lovely time. Diana is extremely nice and friendly, and even provided some breakfast treats for us in the kitchen when we arrived. Her home is lovely and peaceful, we had no issues or disturbances the whole time we stayed. You will not regret booking with this amazing host! Thank you Diana!!!

Wow! What an awesome home! Natalie was so accommodating and quick to respond! When we arrived, we were surprised at how much bigger the house was in person! The kitchen and amazing screened in porch is where we spent the majority of our time! The beautiful Lake Jocassee Is only about 40 mins away and definitely worth the drive! Thank you so much Natalie!!! We hope to be back for another friendcation next year!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. We loved the pool and the grankids loved it too. The cottage was clean , comfy, and cozy. The cottage was very peaceful and private, located on a dead end road. We highly recommend a stay . Will book again.
