Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Gregory

Marilyns place was the perfect getaway. The place was very warm, cozy and comfortable. The hot tub and outside yard were great for us and for are dog to run around in. Will definitely be back!

Mike was a great host providing clear instructions and helpful reminders. the house was well equipped with kitchen items and the heater worked well. We were right at the base of snow summit which was awesome. The backyard would have been perfect for snow play ( important to note that it is not fully enclosed for little ones and pets) but climate change is real and we didn't have a white Christmas. Nevertheless the house was great for our family and we enjoyed holiday.

Loved booking with Morgan. She made it really easy to get comfortable with the place. She also had a nice handbook via internet to get a better understanding on the rules, check in/checkout, location, etc… We had a great time the beds were comfortable, the game room was really fun to be at. There was clear instruction around the house on what to do for certain things. I love how we can access the washer and the dryer. Thank you Morgan for accepting our booking.

What a perfect place to stay. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a nice Christmas dinner from the seasonings to the cooking essentials. The place was perfectly decorated with Christmas decorations which made it extra special for my small children. We brought our dogs along with us and the listing is beyond dog friendly with treats for your fur baby as well and a perfect yard for the dogs and entertaining. Also, the host was very responsive to my messages. Additionally, The listing accurately described the home.

Teresa is a wonderful host and always very attentive and available for any questions or whatever we needed. We are a family of 9 people and we were very comfortable in her cabin, it is very spacious and cozy, we were all able to enjoy the game room and the patio with the fire pit, we even enjoyed the jacuzzi despite the cold 😀

Great space! Conversation pit was especially a blast. Everything was as described, and it was a nice surprise to find certain amenities better than photos. Johann was consistently responsive and very helpful; a great stay recommended for families and friend groups!

We absolutely loved the cabin, It was amazing inside and out. The view was absolutely beautiful . The kitchen was so organized and detailed and instructions to use Electronics as well as what was expected was very clear since the beginning.

Huguette’s place was wonderful and exactly what we needed. She was very quick with her responses and checked on us making sure we were comfortable etc. This place is a great find. Thank you for your hospitality!

This place was great for our family. We got a unit close to the pool (which is heated, and has a kiddie pool next to it) and spent a lot of time with our daughter going back and forth. It's close enough to The Village that we were able to enjoy the lake, restaurants, and shopping without much of a drive. We will definitely be back!

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Super clean well stocked cabin right next to Snow Summit. Quiet, peaceful, and the host was super responsive! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Place was great!

The Cuckoos nest was beyond wonderful. It honestly took my boyfriend and I’s breath away when we saw it. Not only was it beautiful, but it had all the amenities that we needed. Lee was very informative & responsive. He was a respectful host & made sure we were comfortable. We are definitely coming back again!! P.s. the bed is sooo comfortable!

Nice place… lots of the appliances and kitchen furniture seem recent. Conveniently located at the bottom of the ski slopes but we did not feel like walking that slope with ski boots on, we dropped off the kids by car which worked out quite well. Will try to stay in this place again in the future

Even though I showed up little late from my check in they let me check out little late too which was perfect, very communicative, cosy place. Everything you need is there.

The listing was everything it was described to me. Natalie was an amazing host and gave us a heads up on everything. Made check-in super easy and flexible because we arrived about a half an hour early. Made for a great weekend get away for the family.

My family and I stayed there two years ago. This year, when we decided to go up to Big Bear for Thanksgiving checking to see if Shelly's place was available was a no-brainer. Thankfully, we could reserve it and had a great time. Shelly is super responsive and makes every effort to see that the needs of her guests are met. Thank you, Shelly! We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. We used the pool, hot tub, game room, and BBQ. The staff were very helpful. It was in the perfect location to be able to walk to the lake, and to local restaurants and shops. Would love to come back to enjoy again sometime!

Best location and we loved the interior and theme. It is right below the bunny hill. Perfect with kids. You can walk to Snow Summit base in like 2 min. We went with 4 adults and 4 kids (7,7,6,5) and it worked great with the help of the additional foldable bed that’s there (we put it next to the bed in master BR) and our friends brought a toddler air mattress as the 3 layer bunk bed is not for every kid and put that in the other BR. 2 bathrooms are great and even one step stool for the kiddos. The upstairs is very spacious and the arcade games were a big hit. Bring warm sweaters for indoors as we could not get the upstairs warm at all, not even with a fire. Downstairs with all the BRs gets super cozy though. Wonderful place!

Excellent time. Beautiful place near the lake. Would love to go back in different seasons.
