We felt right at home - the space was extremely clean and very cozy. Entering the apartment was easy and the garage was perfect to keep my car in during the cold weather. There’s also a nice space in the basement for laundry, gym, and gaming. My girlfriend and I would come back here in a heartbeat. Thanks again for great service!

I had a lovely stay at Paul's place! The studio was comfortable and had everything from the listing. Having a designated parking spot was nice. I also liked that the apartment was about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from restaurants and stores.

This place was perfect for us! The kitchen is well equipped, and the gym downstairs is amazing! We were traveling for worked and we could walk to the Theatre everyday which was great!

Andrea could not have been a better host. Our trip was due to medical care we were receiving at the Cleveland clinic, so already a stressful trip, but Andrea's extremely clear instructions, rapid response time, and helpfulness with a few questions we had made the non-clinic parts of our trip so much more peaceful and relaxing. So much so, we have already booked the apartment again for our next trip to the clinic. We would 100% recommend booking with Andrea to anybody and everybody.

my family and I visited in a time off loss of a family member and I have to say the peaceful view that was there after a long day was extremely comforting! Shawna was very understa ding and allowed us to check in a couple hours early after our 13 hour drive in! Thank you so much Shawna!

We have stayed at the loft twice now. We love the close distance to Cedar Point and the peaceful setting and beautiful views. It had everything we needed to be comfortable on our trip.

Awesome location! Walking distance to downtown Royal Oak including walking distance to the Zoo. The place was cozy and comfortable. The only (minor) issue is the noise from upstairs. It didn't bother me much, but you can definitely hear every step the upstairs neighbors take. Overall the place was great. I'd stay there again for sure.

Place wad beautiful everything was as described. House had everything that you need! Very quiet & peaceful. Will be back in the summer so we can enjoy the deck. Great restaurants/bars close by, even had fried crab legs for the 1st time. Looking forward to going back

Great view of the lake and Cedar point. Nice retreat to get away from everything and enjoy the waterfront! Restaurants nearby!

We stayed here in January and the temperature was near zero with wind chill at -13 degrees Fahrenheit but we were warm and very comfortable in the condo. The view of the lake was fascinating. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless. This was our first time here but hopefully won’t be our last.

This is a lovely home. I would love to stay there again. It's very close to anything you may need.

This is a great place to stay if attending a Bills game. It was a shot stay but made our groups trip more enjoyable. Their place accommodated our party 5 nicely. Plenty of room, easy to find and great communication. Would definitely recommend and book again.

We rented the whole house for our family for 2 weeks while a family member had heart surgery at Cleveland Clinic. The home was cozy and comfortable to stay in with plenty of room for everyone. It’s a 10-minute drive to CC and very short walks to a bar, coffee shop, delicious modern Chinese restaurant, and grocery store. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any issues that occurred.

Third time staying here and always impressed! Casey is super respopnsive to all messages, and the house is a perfect home away from home. He goes the extra step to make it feel like home. We loved the recent upgrades throughout!

Beautiful cozy home. My kids had a blast with the toys. Beautiful kitchen and great indoor lighting. Cute playground out back that my kids loved. Joelle was kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!
