Townhouse holiday rentals in Lake Como

For our surprise weekend for the birthday of our mom, we've chosen this place. Communication with Jo was great. She always responded very quickly. We also had a small water issue and Jo responded immediately. The approach is actually very adventurous and very steep, especially when it rains and the foliage is wet, it was a bit difficult to get back to get back to. The place was very clean and well stocked. We would come back!

We were guests of Alessia for 15 days, the information received for check-in was very clear, timely and accurate, flexible check-in is a great convenience. The apartment matches the listing photos and the cleanliness is great. Very comfortable garage from which you can access the house directly. The location is great, sunny with panoramic view of the mountains during the day and evening you can admire the stars. All necessary services can be reached nearby. We thank Alessia for being always available, quick to respond and kind.

Colico is nice and not too touristy. Place is on two floors the lower floor or the basement is a bit damp and cold, but it’s still a nice space; the second floor is nice with mountain views. House is on a steep hill, 20 min walk up. Maria is a nice and kind host. She is very accommodating and responsive. Internet is not super fast but works good enough. Nice place for long stays as well. Definitely recommend

Amazing place to stay if you are looking for peaceful time, fantastic views.we had the best time. The place is clean and nice, organised in traditional classical manner with paintings and classical style furniture. There is everything one need for everyday living - kitchen appliances, dishwasher and laundry machine . Especially we enjoyed the garden and fantastic pool with the view to lake Como. It was marvellous experience. We will certainly come back for the next time.

Fantastic place. - Magnificent lake view from the terrace and balcony to the bedrooms. One evening we were lucky enough to be able to see fireworks in Locarno from the terrace. - parking lot near the stairs to the cottage. The stairs to the cottage can be a problem if you are less mobile. - One of the few cottages where everything is provided, where you should not compromise in comfort compared to your own home. - Good base for excursions around Lake Maggiore - clean pool near the cottage. We will almost definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Roberta's place. It is very clean, the rooms are spacious and the accommodation is well equipped. There were 5 of us, and we appreciated that there were 2 bathrooms. Good welcome from the owners and the pool manager.

Really nice place in a small town above Lago di Como. Everything is as described, but you need to keep in mind, that the apartment is located on a steep hill that is about 350m above the lake.

Great stay of 3 nights of 2 adults and a little girl (1.5y old). Host even provided us with barriers as protection given the 2 flights of stairs in the flat. Very calm area and beautiful view of the valley below. Little city center close-by provides all that’s needed, for bigger shopping necessities car needed. Lugano center 10-15mins away depending on traffic!

2nd time we enjoy this charming little house and will probably be back. Ideally located for us, parking nearby, very clean and very welcoming! I can only recommend this place

Beautiful holiday home, perfectly equipped and with garden area. Both culture and nature can be reached quickly, absolutely recommended with a dog, from Claro direct hikes possible. Nearby (Preonzo) small lake, where the dog can be taken and you can swim. Shopping unproblematic, several large supermarkets can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Bellinzona ca 25 Minuten, Locarno, Ascona, Verzasca-Tal ca 40 Min. Contact with the host was very nice. The property is highly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful days.

I recently stayed in a charming apartment in Lavenno-Mombello and had a wonderful experience! The place was great—simple yet elegant, and the cleanliness was impressive. It felt welcoming and well-maintained, making my stay all the more enjoyable. A fantastic bonus was the garage, which gave me peace of mind while exploring the area. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting . I can’t wait to return!

"Feel like home" place, in the area of ​​private houses, so you'll always know when the dinner time starts :) The house is divided and you have one half of it, with private entrance. Neighbors can only be felt outside in the garden (if they are outside too), as it is only separated by a hedge. But it didn't bother us considering that household sounds can be heard from all the houses around. We felt like locals :) The house is spacious and fully equipped. Very large underground garage was perfect! It is good to know that there isn't any nice beach specifically in Lenno. We tried a beach at Parco Civico Teresio Olivelli in Tremezzo (we drove by car or took the ferry; it is not sandy/pebble beach), Spiaggia di Campo (within walking distance from the house; small, calm and nice in the evenings when the ferry service has ended). You can also go by ferry to San Giovanni - there is a larger pebble beach. We recommend the walk from the house to Colonno along the Greenway del Lago di Como.

We, a family of 4, spent a great weekend in Sara's mountain house. The house is very cute, as soon as you are inside, you feel comfortable. It is furnished with a lot of love for detail and nothing is missing, everything is available. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The house is 800 m above sea level and thus you have a very nice view. You can drive down the mountain to the small village of Giubiasco, where the first shops and stains are. It is a short drive to Bellinzona, and Lugano can also be reached in 20 minutes. The hostess Sara was very nice and welcomed us very friendly. A great place to stay that we can only recommend.

Excellent stay at Bellagio! The hosts were responsive, friendly, and very helpful. The place is perfect for a couple or a single traveler, offering a homely and cozy atmosphere. While the location is a bit of a walk from the center, the beautiful views make it absolutely worth it. I would definitely recommend this place!
