Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake Biwa

One of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in over the years I have been travelling. Location is walking distance to all key attractions nishki market an easy straight line 10 minute walk with lots of interesting places along the way, Accommodation peaceful, super clean and has everything you might need a home away from home. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time in beautiful Kyoto.

house was spacious and homely. location was great and is accessible by multiple train station exits. only negative was that there were hair on the bed and pyjamas given. appreciate the access to netflix and the washer in the house! there is also a shared washer and dryer at level one.

It was a delightful experience staying at Royce's place. Main pro is its proximity to Hanazono station making travel to the likes of Arashiyama, Fushimi Inari, Gion, etc., very easy. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful and there are nearby restos and convenience stores, too, so you won't get hungry. The place itself has most of the things you need, down to a lint roller (hehe!) Most of all, Royce was very responsive and easy to speak with. I'd love to stay at Royce's place again when I revisit Kyotoz

It was a great stay at this unit for our Osaka trip for 5 nights! The unit was cozy and had the necessities we required for our stay. It was easy to get to the unit with the comprehensive information from the host which made our check in and out a seamless one. Would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice neighbourhood to stay in! Naoya is such a friendly host that responds almost instantly always and is very accommodating to our requests and questions.

Tony’s a place is fantastic for a small group. Even though we were a group of 3, it is spacious and can easily fit 4-5. I love the simple, functional decor, with all the amenities we needed!! House is warm during winter, most importantly, the floor and shower room is heated. Do note that there are no rooms- beds are on separate levels with curtains, so you can hear everyone. Location is great, <7 mins to the metro stations, and 10-15 mins walk to Umeda shopping area. Love that there’s a supermarket just behind so it’s super convenient. Tony is an amazing host, and went above and beyond as a host. We arrived close to midnight and were received by his wife and shown the house. Tony is always reachable by text throughout the trip and even offered to send us to the bus station. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka!

Great host with clear concise communication.

We stayed three weeks in Hiroe's house and it was wonderful. Hiroe is a fantastic host. I have been visiting Kyoto for forty years, staying in various places but this was the best. I hope to be able to return in the future and I highly recommend Hiroe's house, a very quiet place not far from public transport and the supermarket. Thanks Hiroe!

A beautiful house located very close to 2 train stations and Fushimi Inari. Very convenient, comfortable and clean.

Very nice little house and host! Location is very convenient, close to metro station. The room facing the street is a bit noisy at night but overall great experience!

The location is good, I go back every day through Kuromon Market, I can buy some food to take back, it's really convenient; the surrounding environment is very quiet, but it's not too far from Namba, so it's convenient to want to go shopping, it's a good place to get quiet. The host was very nice, the communication was timely, the information was very careful and timely, and we prepared a New Year gift when we checked in, which was very heartwarming. The room is very clean, fully equipped, and it is very comfortable for two people; it should be said that the size of this room in Japan is not small, good value for money. If I go to Osaka again, I think I will still choose it.

The premises is close to Dotombori shops, quieter end of Dotombori, A bit of a walk away from Namba station but well worth it given the distance to the main shopping area. Bi was great, he personally attend to us when we arrive, I think he does that to everyone, we felt welcome. The house is spacious in Osaka’s airbnb standard, just right enough for a family of four (two teenagers).

I like Ryoto’s place. It’s cute and functional. As a female travel alone, I also feel very safe. You have to make your own bed, which is very interesting. Closed to all kinds of amenities. This is my only Airbnb experience in Japan, I’m impressed with the amount of thought people put into the layout.

Great location. Lots of space. Good communication, very responsive. Bath was nice, and view out of the windows was a nice feature. Sometimes we could hear the noise late at night from the bar across the hall, but it wasn’t too bad. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was in a prime location, conveniently located above a convenience store and walking distance from a train station and several tourist attractions (Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, Namba Walk). The Airbnb itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities as listed with specific instructions on how to use them. The Airbnb housed our group of 4 adults quite comfortably; I think a group bigger than that would still fit but it might be a little tight. Sakura was a wonderful host: she was proactive in reaching out, responded timely to any questions, and even provided local restaurant recommendations and snacks at check-in. This Airbnb was part of what made our stay at Osaka so enjoyable and we would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Osaka in the future.

We loved our stay in the apartment. We found it to be tidy and close to some amazing spots and fantastic restaurants. We loved Osaka!
