Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake Bellaire

This was our first experience booking and staying at an Airbnb, and I hope all our future stays are just as wonderful. The location was fantastic—close to everything Traverse City has to offer. The space was comfortable, quiet, and perfectly suited to our needs. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Troy!

This was a great stay! It’s close to downtown without being downtown. It was nice to be closer to nature with the ease of the city being a short commute. The place was exactly like the pictures and the host is very responsive.

This Studio was the newest and cleanest Airbnb I have stayed in so far. The building itself is modern, and the unit was perfectly kept and stocked. The host has literally thought of everything to make it the most comfortable for someone being away from home. I used the kitchen to make homestyle meals, and having a washer/dryer in unit made our snow-soaked clothes easy to get ready for the next day's adventure. The decor was spa-like and furnishings are very nice, so felt vacation-y while being comfortable. Super close to Hickory Hills skiing, sledding in nearby city park, and plenty of winter fun. Would love to go back again.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The space was absolutely spotless, and it was clear that the host takes great pride in maintaining the property. The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing and snowboarding. It was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect temperature. The entire experience was peaceful and rejuvenating. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable retreat. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! It is easy to walk to town and the lake. The bed & bedding were so comfortable. We appreciated the book with local recommendations & the welcome bottle of champagne. The parking garage is attached & only $20 per day which seemed reasonable to us.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Samantha’s place. It was close to everything for the wedding weekend and was very comfy.

Lauren’s space was perfect for my longer stay. The location was walkable to downtown, as well as a lovely, peaceful neighborhood. I appreciated the newer construction, and the bed was very comfortable. I communicated with Lauren a few times during my stay, and she was quick to reply and very friendly.

This place was great for our group! It was clean and walkable to the ski slopes! Great little kitchen that had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner for everyone after a day skiing. Could walk to Boyne Mountain resort for the food and drinks. There was overflow parking if needed.

Me and my family had an amazing trip, most definitely a memorable one. House was very spotless when we walked in and the frozen lake behind the backyard was very beautiful.

Debra and Greg are great hosts. The little red house was the perfect space for our mother/daughter girls weekend. The house was clean, the couches were extra comfy, and we appreciated the extra towels in the bathroom. Check in and check out was very flexible and easy. We would definitely book with Debra and Greg again.

The Big Drake is in on quiet lane right on the lake shore, the place is large while still feeling homey. The kitchen is well l equipped with modern appliances. The heating and AC are controlled by different Nest thermostats, and we were able to keep it at a good temperature. The three main bedrooms are very comfortable--two share an adjoining bathroom, and for one it is around the corner. The kids rooms with bunk beds were great as well. The rooms above the garage were a bit more rustic, but clean and comfortable. The furniture in the living room is very cozy leather and the other furniture is nice, often custom wood like in a fancy lodge. The check-in and check-out were super easy, with clear instructions and communications. The place is 10 minutes from a large grocery store (Meijer) and 20–30 minutes from Traverse city, which is a neat town to explore with excellent food. Overall, we highly recommend and hope we can come back!

The beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated the ample towels available. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. Highly recommend the hot tub experience, it was definitely our favorite component of our stay!

Our stay at Avon & Kenny in Traverse City, Michigan, was absolutely wonderful! The house is centrally located, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. It was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was amazing—responsive, kind, and always available to answer any questions we had. We truly felt taken care of throughout our visit. We had such a great experience and will definitely be returning in the future! Highly recommend this place.

Amazing condo for winter getaway! Everything was clean and clear instructions for check-in/check-out!

We had a great stay in Traverse city! This Airbnb is perfect for a weekend getaway. It’s walkable to the entire downtown area, and only about a 20 minute drive to the local wineries!

Relatively new, clean, spacious condo with everything that we needed. Big bonus for the five-year-old was that we were right next-door to an ice cream shop. Needless to say, we enjoyed ice cream every evening of our stay.

This was our second time we stayed here, so that in itself should tell you how much we liked it. Very Comfy, cozy. Good location and super clean. we Will be back.

This property was perfect for our ski trip. It was very clean and well kept. Its was an easy walk to Boyne Mountain. We loved it.

Perfect last-minute booking for a two night stay in Traverse. Easy to access, beautiful and comfortable furniture, plenty of extra towels and bedding. Space was as-described. Washer and Dryer was a plus and came in super handy. Sound machines in bedrooms worked great for some street noise. Wonderful local restaurants just right around the corner for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Gorgeous view and it’s especially lovely and unique to see the lake in the winter. The home was immaculate and looked just like the photos in the profile. Soaking tub is a slice of luxury. Easy in and out with a convenient location. Would stay again for sure.

Great location to explore Traverse City. Nice to have the parking spot across the street included. Bed was comfortable. Condo seemed new. Lots of construction around may have affected the water pressure, it was a bit low. We would like to stay here again in a future visit. Thank you!
