Beautiful home decorated with local artwork and nice antique pieces. The backyard is quite peaceful especially early morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Marian was extremely helpful and kind.

Anita’s place is exactly what we needed. It was clean & comfortable! The fenced yard was a perk for my dogs! Thank you. It’ll be awhile before we’re back in town. But I will definitely reach out if we need a place to stay!

The house was exactly as described in the listing. I had asked about cleanliness since it is a pet friendly home and he said that it was very clean and had no odor, he was exactly correct. Great house layout and very child friendly.

This is the 2nd time we stayed in Ruth's Airbnb house. We were very pleased with the house and property. There were 7 of us and the sleeping arrangements was fine. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We ate out one night at a local restaurant and cooked steaks on the gas grill the next night. She has an outdoor lp firepit that looked brand new. The weather was perfect. I walked down to the lake and saw a white pelican. In the front yard we saw several deer. We even played cornhole from her game collections in the garage.

Many Airbnbs come with zero amenities but Amy had some things like bathroom essentials, laundry essentials, and some things in fridge n kitchen which was much appreciated.

Andrea was an amazing, attentive host. She always responded quickly.. answering my questions & providing suggestion (food, area, etc) . It was a BUDGET friendly ADORABLE tiny space that has been maximized by the trendy decor, great lighting, super cozy BED, & all the little extras you may NEED! Cabin pizza right next door was PERFECT! We walked over in our PJS! (SO LAZY OF US!) THIS AIRBNB HAS A SUPER COZY HAPPY VIBE & PROVIDED MY HUSBAND and I the most lazy, relaxing. perfect weekend! We have the FUNKY LITTLE SHACK saved in our FAVORITE Airbnb file, so we can return!

Very clean and easy to find. It was within walking distance to the venue at the 1857 Hotel so it was perfect for us. It's basically within walking distance to anything downtown by the riverfront.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, well decorated, and well maintained. The hosts gave clear instructions ahead of time. The place was very quiet and comfy. Definitely would recommend.

Our girls weekend was perfect in this super clean and cozy guesthouse thats perfectly located to explore all the hot spots of downtown Paducah. Very quiet and private, within walking distance to the riverfront and the best restaurants/cocktail bars. Plenty of space for everyone to relax, featuring 2 living areas. All the beds were very comfortable with quality linens, and plenty of towels for everyone. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. George and Suzanne were great hosts and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Paducah!

Our family enjoyed staying in such a beautiful apartment. Phyllis was accommodating and provided a great place for us to stay. The access to the water was great for kayaking and paddle boarding as well as floating too! We hope to be back and stay longer soon.

Close to APSU and downtown area. We were able to take our dog and there was a nice area to take her outside. Would stay again!

Great location. Beautiful interior design. Only complaint was the mattress, wasn’t very comfortable for us. Either way, location and vibe outweighed that. Would book again.

Sharon's place is our top Airbnb ever; my husband and I stayed 2 nights mid-week in February. The condo is easy to access, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, has excellent lighting, is walking distance to attractions & restaurants, and has a nice river view. Parking is easy. The furniture and bed are all very comfortable; we especially liked the reclining sofa. Bottled water & snacks and blanket throws made our stay more comfortable; towels & bedding are nice quality. The kitchen is well stocked although we didn't do any cooking. The wifi and TV worked well. The thermostat is a breeze to adjust and the heat works great. The condo is on the 2nd floor in a historic building above a street-level shoe store. In the living room area, we heard occasional noises from the shoe store (door shutting?) and there was some traffic noise from the street; to be expected given the location. We had no issues with noise in the bedroom as it's interior; there's a white noise machine to use if needed.

The apartment was great. We felt like we were home, as soon as we opened the door. Julian was an awesome host. He quickly responded to my emails , when I reached out to him with a question. I will definitely be booking this again. I also would recommend this facility and Julian to all those traveling through Clarksville TN. Superb Host.

If you think the price isn’t worth it.. let me give you a peace of mind. This beautiful home away from home, Kentucky but add some urban charm. THIS air bnb is top notch. A lot of air bnbs near this area don’t compare to this home. In the simplicity there is a lot going on. You won’t be over stimulated or under stimulated. There is so much to do, and you have the option to do nothing and still feel like every penny you spent is worth it. The privacy is immaculate, the insulation in the walls make you feel like the world around you doesn’t exist. My only complaint is that I can’t live in that home. The host may I add, is very responsive. The vents and base boards are clean, walls, every inch in that home is spotless. The bed may I add is the ribbon on top of everything. 1,000/10 I don’t want to spoil the surprises that air bnb holds, take my word. W O R T H EVERY penny!!!!!
