Holiday houses in Lake Arthur

our plans for camping changed last minute due to weather. We were so happy to find a place so close and so nice . The host responded so quickly and we were able to check in on the spot. They really saved our trip!

We enjoyed our stay. We were feeling under the weather and having streaming services on the TVs was great. The River is a lovely setting. There is a train that goes through a few times a day/night but kind of fun to watch if one isn’t trying to sleep! 🙂 Close to grocery and pharmacy. Never heard any noise from adjacent residents.

Brett's place is a perfect place to stay while visiting Guadalupe and Carlsbad Caverns NPs. We spent two days at Brett's place while doing exactly that and couldn not of been happier. The home is exactly as it looks in the photos, and Brett was very responsive to questions we had while there. check in and out were super simple. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we were in the area. Thank you!

Ashley and Stacy were great hosts, and the house was clean, comfortable and exactly as it looked in the pictures. Kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. King bed was comfy. Back area was nice to sit and read. Also handy having laundry too. Easy drive to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Parks. Would recommend.

Jenn’s house was cute and was exactly as described. Loved having a fenced in yard for the pups to run around. Jenn was very responsive and a great host!

Great stay at this locale. Any needs we had were taken care of quickly. We were comfortable after long days of hiking at Carlsbad Caverns and in Guadalupe National Forest. We’re able to cook our meals when we got home and then play cards into the night. We discovered Sitting Bull Falls thanks to the Welcome Binder provided.

This is one of the best homes we have stayed in. Their attention to detail, the cleanliness, and a fully equipped kitchen made our stay fantastic. The two car garage is very nice to get the vehicle secure and out of the sun. Highly recommend this home when in the Carlsbad area. This is located in the best part of town. It is a quiet neighborhood. The back yard was great and even though an Elementary School is behind, there was no traffic or noise throughout our stay. Great place to stay to visit the nearby National Parks.

Chris’s home was fantastic. Very clean. Easy to get to. It had plenty of space and the back patio was great for us and our kids to play games and relax with each other without screens (yes!). Would definitely recommend to any families in the area for the Caverns or Guadalupe National Park.

We stayed at Joann's place for a night between National Park camping excursions, and it was just the place we needed to refresh our family! Plenty of hot water for all of us to take a (much-needed!) shower, and the laundry area was clean and generously stocked. The decor was cute, beachy, and tasteful! The master bed was very comfortable. The bunks were pretty creaky and you could feel the springs if you're an adult-sized person, but our kids weren't bothered in the slightest and all the bedrooms had great light-blocking shades! The house certainly had everything we needed, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. For families with kids, I would say just don't plan on using the outdoor space for play; there were bits of glass, nails, and some unsafe debris in the yard. Other than that, thank you Joann for a great stay!
