Holiday houses in Lake Arthur

Ryan’s home was lovely! It is an older home that has really cool light switches and a nostalgic feel coupled with beautifully upgraded bathrooms and appliances. The location is close to Roswell’s main street so stores and restaurants are just minutes away. We stayed here for a tournament in Artesia. It was perfect. Thank you Ryan! Your home made our trip stress free and comfortable.

Excellent location, four to five minutes to great local restaurants. Nice place! Would stay again if traveling through Roswell.

This is a 10 star house very beautiful and the hosts are extremely nice and very caring making sure that we felt right at home and we did. I honestly can’t say enough good things about are stay. But are company will return. And if you are lucky enough to book just do it. You want regret it.

We had an amazing stay at the Serreno house. The house was very spacious for our large family. Kara and Nathan were excellent hosts. The location of the house was good, close to everything. House was very clean and had a lot of amenities. Definitely would stay there again.

This was a great spot only minutes away from the golf course where my family and i played/cooked at for three days over the holiday weekend. Super clean, super peaceful, host couple were very nice. Thanks for the sweets left for us! We would love to stay there again next year for sure:)

Very nice and cozy! Easy instructions to get inside, a lot of amenities, confy, clean, and friendly! Good if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place.

The RV was clean and well maintained. Patty was a great host and very responsive with communication. The location is great too!

Loved our stay in Carlsbad, which was our base for exploring Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks. The house was spacious and well appointed. The living room and backyard/outside patio were great, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were spotless. Jamie and Julia were excellent hosts and very proactive in their communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.
