This is a very cute and cozy one-bedroom unit with a new memory foam mattress, queen bed, and reading area. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The bedroom has new comforter and shams, and new drapery. Gas fireplace pictured is not working at this time..Wall heater works. This unit has its own deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with New Stainless Steel appliances including the stove. The bathroom just completely remodeled early 2018 ...The unit is NOT Pet Friendly!

We enjoyed our stay. Will book again. The place was perfect for 2 people. The place was as described/shown in pictures. The only thing I would change was kitchen amenities. Basic items like paper towels and spices were not available. But overall a great experience! Thank you for hosting us!

Walking distance to the slopes. You don't need to worry about parking. Perfect for a family vacation. We returned for lunch so we didn't have to wait at the restaurant. The apartment is clean and uncluttered. The host is very responsive, and accommodating. Recommend the space.

Great place with even greater potential!! The location is unbeatable, you can see the mountain, see people getting ready at the parking lot and it is 5-7 min walk to the lifts. The space is great, the rooms are spacious, there are two bathrooms and the kitchen is lovely. The place could use some love; it is very clearly an Airbnb and not a lived-in space, but it has everything you need. And again, the location is insanely amazing! We had a great stay (stayed with a 1,5 yo - this place is good for small children, FYI)

I had a wonderful stay, the place was beautiful, and I really enjoyed my time there. The bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect, being so close to the village. Waking up to fresh snowfall was an incredible experience! My only concern was the showerhead. The water pressure was too strong, especially for my one-year-old. I tried adjusting the knob to soften it, but the faulty head made it difficult. Additionally, I think the room would benefit from having a broom since there’s no daily maid service. I stayed for a couple of nights, and crumbs started to accumulate. Overall, it was a great stay, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

This Big Bear home means so much to our family. It was our 1st vacation w/ my husband's family, and it couldn’t have come at a better time. After a challenging year with my brother-in-law battling addiction, this trip was a beautiful reminder of the strength of family as we prepare to welcome him home in April after a year in rehab. This trip was a chance for us to heal, unite, and create lasting memories together for his kids. The home was perfect. The SPECTACULAR kitchen was a highlight—Nana & the women loved cooking together. The location was ideal—next to resort shuttles & <1 mile from the slopes. To our surprise, the home also hosts training camps for pro boxers, which was amazing for my husband’s boxing family! Bryan, the host, was wonderful—fast responses & so sweet. He even met us one night to show us the boxing gym, which we’ll always cherish. This trip was a gift, & we can’t wait to return! Thank you, Bryan, for making this experience unforgettable! See you next year :)
