Cascina Distrutta is a really charming accommodation, well furnished and complete with everything. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, large bathrooms with recent sanitary ware, fireplaces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the point of forgetting the TV. Marta has always responded quickly and has always been available for any need. For complete information, I leave some additional information that I had initially misunderstood for the benefit of those who will come to stay in the near future: the quadruple in the attic and a double room have the independent bathroom, the other two double rooms have the shared bathroom connected by an antechamber with communicating doors. The sauna (when I am writing this text) costs 30 euros per day and needs the opening and early ignition by the neighbor. A wood box for the fireplace always available from the neighbor costs 10 euros, the soap present in the bathrooms is only the washing machine without shampoo/shower

I stayed in this house and it was a great experience. The house is exactly as described in the photos: clean and spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped, perfect for preparing meals on your own. The bed was comfortable and I really appreciated the tranquility of the area. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this home to those looking for a comfortable stay.

I can’t possibly describe how unbelievable this place is. It’s not big but it’s cosy and big enough for a family of 4 but of course the views and sounds of the waves crashing below are magical. Cristina was a great host - super communicative, responsive and kind. The whole complex was empty as we visited in an off season but I’m sure it gets busy in the summer. Have a small car because parking is tight!

There were four of us on a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior decor is simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and supermarket. We used the heating at night given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season. Very responsive and helpful host.

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house. There were two of us in Finalborgo for 4 days for biking. The apartment was perfect for that. Location right at the entrance to the Altstatt. Secure underground parking to park the bikes and space for repairs just a few meters away. The apartment itself was very nice on the upper floor of an old building (some stairs!) and right in front of it cafes, pizzeria and the magnificent pedestrian zone of Finalborgo. Only when parking the car you have to be a little flexible, v.A. if you are there for a full WE. But it wasn't a problem in the end. Would book again anytime!

it was a nice two weeks in cervo. veronica was very friendly and accommodating, always available! the beach and the village are easily accessible on foot.

We spent a week after August and had a very good time. The property is located in a very quiet area close to both the sea and downtown and there are also two supermarkets nearby. Very comfortable and functional one-bedroom apartment equipped with everything and with a large balcony . We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment in prime location in the center. Just a few 100 meters from the shopping street, promenade path, pier and beach. Own parking space on the property is worth gold, the terrace with table and seating we have often used. The landlady, Simona, was helpful with questions before arrival and was available at any time during the stay. When asked, she gave us good tips on restaurants and was also available with help and advice. Thank you for the uncomplicated holiday. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is in a very convenient location and the view is very nice. The finishes are really fine and are equipped with every accessory for a comfortable stay. The presence of the elevator and a small but enjoyable terrace are a very pleasant addition. Giovanni welcomed us with great professionalism and friendliness, and immediately made us feel at home. Everything is great and very straightforward. The complex, apartment and outdoor area were great. Hot tub OK but could have been a little cleaner (green deposits) . If necessary because of the end of the season? Kitchen modern and almost fully equipped and bathroom great. We felt very comfortable during our stay and can only recommend it. We had a good time at Mrs. Simona's house. The location of the house is strategic as the house is located in a quiet area but has access to various parts of the city. The house is cozy both in the decor and in the amenities of the house. The owner has met us for any of our needs. The city of Laigueglia is also quiet, relaxing and has a beautiful walk along the sea. Our three-day stay was positive. Also, our dog immediately settled in.

It was the best Airbnb I have ever used. I liked the spacious balcony with a really nice sea view, and the bedroom, living room, and kitchen were spacious enough for three people. It was renovated, so all the facilities were new, and it was very clean. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, so I was able to rest well. It was about a 10-minute walk to the center of Cogoletto Town, and it was good for long walks and runs on the seaside promenade. It was also really convenient to have a supermarket on the first floor of the building, and I was able to find a spot in the alley where the building is located. Christiano communicated accurately, so self check-in was easy, and he was quick and kind to answer any questions we had. I found this place while planning a trip to Geneva, and I loved the apartment so much that I didn't go to Geneva and just stayed in Cogoletto and rested well. It's a place I would highly recommend to my friends, and I would definitely come back for my next trip to Italy!
