Really nice stay in the Studio of Benjamin and Sandra in Vila Franca do Campo. The outside area was amazing, for a coffee or a complete meal, with a lot of spaces and tables where to choose (in front of the door or in the terrace upstairs). Plus, the corner with the laundry AND the dryer was very clean and handy for our stay. Small and cozy, this house has everything you can need, and the welcome pack was great! Some food and coffee for the breakfast and also some towels and sunscreen for going to have a swim. Absolutely advisable, place and hosts included! :)

This place was perfect for our family! My siblings and I traveled with my parents and my one year old to Sao Miguel for our big family trip. We spent months researching restaurants and hiking places and Joana was ALWAYS there to help. She emailed with my mom and sent us plenty of recommendations. She helped us figure out car rentals and even called a restaurant to book a table for us when we couldn’t get through to them. She was the best host before we even touched down in the Azores! The house was also absolutely perfect. The rooms were big and the AC was strong (we were worried the house would be hot downstairs but… nope!). The house was even more beautiful in person and the backyard was an actual oasis. We had banana trees we could pick from and neighborhood kittens that visited us daily. We ate breakfast at the tables outside and enjoyed a night in cooking and eating at the large dining room table. Thank you Joana and Victor for providing the perfect house for our magical trip ❤️

We spent a week here and it was perfect. There place is new, so clean, completely equipped, and just yards away from the ocean. We loved relaxing on the balcony and hearing the waves after returning from our days activities. Walk just a few blocks and you are at the square with cafes. Joe is a wonderful host - very responsive and kind. He greeted us and showed us around even when we arrived very late, and had recommendations of sites and restaurants and is always happy to help. We have been gone a day and really miss this place. We will not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Joe!

The Love Shack was a great place and we most enjoyed the gorgeous view and amazing location. We lucked out with sunny weather most days and the balcony got all day sun and sunsets. Thanks for a great stay!

Tania’s place is right by the sea where people stop in their car to come see the view. Staying there, you wake up to the incredible view. Tania was also really friendly and responded quickly with local recommendations. You might want to have a car to stay there (i’ve seen bus stops as well) to get out of the city for activities (hikes, restaurants, etc). I would definitely recommend the place!

The stay was very nice and location was amazing with everything just around the corner. Nice Beach and swimming pools are just 5 min walking distance. The communication with Lucia and her mom was very friendly and helpful. All in all great value for the money. Would love to come back :)

I recommend this apartment. Very spacious, perfectly clean, all the amenities, necessary things. Balcony overlooking the city and the ocean. Within easy walking distance b.gore restaurants, small shops. Effortless parking. Great communication with hosts. Thank you Lev for your hospitality, special thanks to Elena for the tomatoes 🙂

We had a pleasant stay at Gigi's place. The apartment had everything we needed and is nearby the city centre. The furnitures in the apartment are different (and nicer) than the ones shown in the pictures. The bed is not king size, just a standard double bed, but it's confortable :)

Robert has a great stay and is a very nice host. The cottage is completely fine and very nicely decorated. The amenities are all good, no complaints about anything! There is also a cat in the house, Milla, when we were there she was still very young. She is definitely a reason to go. She is super sweet and a huge hugger. Very affectionate so be warned ;) The garden was not able to use it to the fullest because the weather was not so suitable for that, but it looked cozy. By car you are also quickly in nice places in Sao Miguel and Robert has good tips. Absolutely recommended if you would like to be comfortable for a number of days and want to go with a kitten.

A great local vibe with everything you need within walking distance. A spectacular view of everything the sea has to offer- raging power, wonderful colours , all in a calming scene that plays out in front of tour eyes without leaving home. Great hosts and a well planned space - easy living.

This home is a gem. The house is pefect and one block from the beach. The sunsets are the best on the island. I feel overwhelmed by the kind people of this community!
