Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Lafayette

This was a great place for the wedding party. Bridesmaids were in one section, extended relatives were in another, and parents of the bride had their own place :) It was so nice to be able to easily go from one group to another! Everything was very clean and they had all the amenities we needed in all 3 spots including coffee and a high chair ;) Would be perfect for wedding or family reunions!

This was one of the best Air B&Bs we’ve ever stayed at! We were a little worried about the location, but we felt SO safe and almost secluded in our own little world! The house is beautiful and eclectic, and we were in awe at how well thought-out it is as an Air B&B. I cannot recommend this place enough!! 100% certain we will be back!

Great small house in a very nice location. Everything matched the listing and photos. Very relaxing to watch the horses graze right behind the house. Gayle was a great host and helpful with places to check out. A+, I'd stay again if back in the area.

It was exactly what I was looking for. Family of 10, it was very spacious and the birds and creatures made the best music. Would definitely stay again

This was the perfect house for our family! We made countless memories in our short time here! The house looks just like the pictures and was C-L-E-A-N!!! I honestly couldn't find any area that could be cleaned any better. I never bathe in a bathtub that isn't my own, if needed I would not have any issues bathing here. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths for 6 people. The master bed was comfortable, the kids said theirs were good also. There were plenty of games and kid items if needed also. We had pizza delivered one night with no issues. The kayaks were so much fun and we fished a lot too. The main attraction was the swing on the big tree, we laughed so hard on this swing and loved every minute of it! The neighbors were nice and didn't mind that my kids walked on their property (with permission) to fish. Linda was very proactive in messaging me, even giving me a weather update on my way in. Would recommend 10/10!

What a wonderful time we had! We had to book last minute due to a last minute cancellation of a previously booked reservation on another app, and I'm so glad that the other host cancelled! Dana was so kind and responded quickly to our need. The home is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, and within walking distance of the Mardi Gras parades and Downtown. And even when everything wasn't perfect, she responded quickly to make it perfect for us. Even the dogs loved it and felt right at home! We surely wouldn't mind staying here every time we visit Lafayette...and we have dubbed it our Cajun Oasis and most certainly our home away from home. Thank you, Dana, for being such a wonderful hostess and we can't wait to stay here again!

The house was stunning and spacious! I wish I could have been able to hang my clothes up in the closet in the master bedroom instead of the other guest room but it all worked out. We would definitely stay here again! Everything was super clean, received plenty of communication on the home and surroundings. The area was super nice and easy to navigate. Extremely relaxing and felt at home! 💗

The unit looked exactly like the photos and the conversion of the space from an old postal building to units was done very well. We loved the brick walls, modern interior mixed with the industrial feel, and the glass bricks added to create more natural light. Check-in and out were a breeze with clear instructions. We loved how walkble the location was to restaurants, fun shops and museums. The game room in the lobby was also well stocked with activities that everyone enjoyed. Everyone looks forward to coming back for another stay!

My husband and I needed a place to rest for the night before continuing our trip and we found this gem ! We have two fur babies and the fact that we were able to accommodate them too is a plus for us . The place is beautiful and super spacious. In addition to that , it has everything you might need and more. The only suggestion I would make is maybe to add a better mattress and pillows . Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and we loved it . 🥰 the host is super attentive, responsive, friendly, and the instructions are spot on. By the way the place smelled really really good 😊

This was a great weekend getaway place. In the country but close enough to town for quick trips. Very peaceful and quiet. Right on the river banks. We really enjoyed the screened porch and hot tub. Weather was not in our favor so the covered porch was great. We plan on returning soon. House was decorated and set up nicely. Very functional kitchen.

Amazing place! Very peaceful and relaxing. Identical to photos and was super clean. Beds were very comfortable and everything was as described. Great for a quiet weekend getaway. Had a fantastic time and will be back!

I don’t even know where to begin. To start with Katherine is freaking amazing in communication and as the owner of the house. We have already started planning another visit in May. The place is such a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Houston (no internet or tv) which was what we wanted. She checked on us daily, gave us recommendations for places to eat, and things to do. I will not book another house other than hers. You are right in the river. You have hiking trails all around you. The porch and/or deck is a great place to watch the sunrises. The upper level porch even has a swing bed that allows you to feel like you are “glamping”. I can’t say enough about this lady and her home. I felt comfortable, safe, and welcomed.
