Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lady Bird Lake

Great house and very comfortable. There were 7 of us and we had a great time and plenty of room to spread out, sleep comfortable, and hang out and relax. The back yard is really spacious and nice. Close to restaurants.

Billy and Trish were great hosts! The area is perfect if you’re needing to stay close to campus and downtown Austin isn’t far either. There’s a few cute restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance as well if you’re in the need to do some exploring. 10/10 would stay with them again. Thanks guys!

This house was beautifully clean and a very cozy place for cool weather holidays. Lots to see and do in the area. Nicole was very responsive to emails and made every attempt to ensure everything was prepared for our arrival. We had a delightful family gathering for Christmas and preparing Christmas dinner was made easy in the fabulous kitchen. All the family was very positive about this AirBnB. This place is good value and we will likely book it again.

Perfect 5 star accommodations. Rita and Bill were responsive and friendly. The house was located on a large and quiet lot yet close to restaurants, stores and parks. The inside was very clean, large and well laid out for multiple guests to get a good night's sleep. Super comfortable furniture and beds with a stunning master bathroom. Very well appointed kitchen with all the special extras like Keurig coffee and granola bars. A lot of children's games for both indoor and outdoor play. Many comfortable outdoor seating spaces to enjoy the Texas sunrise and sunsets. Unfortunately it got cold and snowy during our stay, otherwise we would have taken advantage of those outdoor spaces. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks Rita and Bill!

My family and I really loved our stay at Carrie & Jarrett’s. The home is spacious and very centrally located. The backyard amenities are so fun and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment to make eating at home a breeze. I would recommend their home to anyone visiting Austin.

Beautifully appointed; great location, very walkable (good for neighborhood walks, to access food trucks and restaurants and CVS, and to get to nature trails/the Springs, could probably also walk to Whole Foods for small items (uphill on the way back!), there’s a lot going on in this area! Hosts were very responsive and nice to interact with and proactively let me do a late checkout since no one else was scheduled, which helped me out a lot! Having a parking spot in the driveway was a huge plus. I couldn’t tell from the pictures but it’s a stand alone unit above a garage so it feels very private even though it’s in the middle of a neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again, I tried to do another month but it was booked already!

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Really nice place in the heart of the domain. The balcony was amazing with swings and a pool table right across the street from north italia and a park. Tim was a great host and there was ample towels and toiletry left for guests. I would definitely recommend this place when staying at the domain.

We loved this property for our week stay in Austin. Super responsive host with clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Unit was fully stocked with everything from paper towels to dish soap and laundry pods. Although you can hear street noise during the night, the comfortable beds, plus a fan provided in bedrooms, more than made up for it. (Plus noise is completely expected in a downtown location off I35). Totally worth it to be in such a great location near popular attractions. The view is incredible with the river and downtown skyline, short walk to Ladybird Lake Trail. Property was exactly as pictured. The front desk and valet attendants were always friendly with a greeting. It was reassuring knowing someone was on the property at all times to answer questions and give recommendations about local points of interest. If anyone has concerns about the valet parking rate, it was more than worth it to know your car was safely parked. We’ll definitely stay again.

Marilyn was an amazing host and actually contacted me to see what snacks/beverages were my favorite and then had them in the unit when I arrived. Just a terrific host with a quaint home that was very peaceful and private. A must stay if this is the type of place you are looking for.

Wonderful stay! The location is prime, it was a quick drive/Uber to lots of attractions and great bars/restaurants in the city. The space, itself was so cozy and inviting. The hosts were so proactive and were great communicators, I got great recommendations from them. I look forward to staying here again!

The host was very responsive to all inquiries and super flexible with our group's needs. I very much enjoyed where we stayed and would definitely stay here again when travelling to Austin.

Helen's place was perfect for me and my husband. The location and value is amazing. There are so many fantastic restaurants and bars nearby. The location is even walkable to downtown and to the lake. We'd definitely stay here again. Having a parking spot is rare and while there are multiple steps, the instructions are very clear to get in. Having a washer and dryer was great. The workout room is right around the corner and was not being utilized when we were in there. I will agree the TV interface was frustrating to use (often freezing out) but it's a very minor note. The bed was comfortable and the place was very quiet. Could not recommend it enough for the value.
