Holiday houses in Ladera Heights

This stay has so many highlights and memorable features on top of the five stars in other categories! These hosts put above average effort into the amenities, interior design, and hospitality. We loved the hot tub and felt like we were in our own private oasis even though the neighboring units were occupied. Jan and Dale stocked plenty of towels so we were able to to enjoy it several times. When we eventually did laundry (we stayed for five nights), we ran out of detergent and Jan came by within the hour to drop off some laundry detergent. The hosts left many special touches including fresh cut fruit in the fridge/yogurt, which were perfect for breakfast, and the best Trader Joe's toiletries (if you know, you know). The space is on the smaller side but absolutely standard for a house in this region and ample in comfort and character. The neighborhood is very walkable and has TONS of street parking for a Long Beach street (I lived here for 7 years, parking is notoriously difficult!).

We had the best time at Laura’s beautiful home! Seriously such a gem of a home! Our family enjoyed all the amenities but especially the popcorn station and the huge backyard! Laura was responsive from beginning til the end! Would definitely stay here again 😊

Jordan is a super host !! Very friendly, helpful, flexible + the place and area we stayed in were incredible! we had such a great time in LA!

My only regret was having to leave too early! Caroline’s place is a healthy walk to the beach, while being in a really quiet segment of the neighborhood. It was always a joy to spend the day hustling about different parts of LA, and to spend the nights winding down in the garden listening to wind chimes.

This was by far the best Airbnb stay I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend this beautiful, quaint, private oasis to all my friends. And I would definitely consider staying here again! It was just what my partner and I needed!

This was a very nice house to stay in a little smaller than I would’ve liked but in a great neighborhood and two blocks from the beach, so it’s a wonderful location It was super clean and well organized. A couple times I needed questions answered. I called and they picked up and took care of the issue right away. Highly recommend.

A cute apartment on a quiet street. Excellent communication with the super friendly host. House very well equip and class. Comfortable beds.

This is a paradisiac place. Very secluded and surrounded by nature, ideal to really unplug. The outdoor kitchen is beautiful, as well as the swimming pool and the suite. Karen was an excellent host, always available when we needed something. We are looking forward to come back soon!

We loved the location being within walking distance of restaurants and the beach! And it was so wonderful that Bic decorated for the holidays in December and had a Christmas tree set up in the living room that was color-coordinated with the home. We appreciated this being there during Christmas!

This was our third time staying at Claudia’s place. We love her house, is close to our family’s house in a beautiful neighborhood, close to good places to eat and a market, walking distance. The house is equipped with everything listed, beds are really comfortable, SUPER clean, it looked like the photos. Claudia was always responsive with great and clear communication. We definitely be back, we highly recommended 🌟

We had a great stay in Venice! The unit was comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the proximity to the beautiful canals, beach and AK, and explored a lot of the area on foot. Mike provided clear check-in instructions and was responsive from beginning to end. We will certainly be back!

This was our third stay. The first was in 111 around 7 years ago and the last two in the front 109. Feels like home. Having a bike available was a huge bonus. Perfect location for beach, dining and shopping. Very close to our favorite breakfast spot Chuck’s. Super quiet and relaxing, we found ourselves content with just chilling in the bungalow all day.
