Apartment holiday rentals in Laconia

A wonderful spot to get away for a weekend of skiing at the charming Pat's Peak. It was nice to explore Henniker a bit and this spot is right in the center of town. A family of five, we were very comfortable and the apartment is well maintained. We were there through a pretty significant winter storm and hosts kept on top of the snow removal so we were able to come and go from the mountain and some great local eateries (highly recommend Country Spirit and Rustic Rose). Thanks for a wonderful time!!!

Nice property, clean and quiet. There were quite a few, very detailed rules to follow regarding noise, cleanliness, cleaning up, etc which came across as aggressive in the initial emails. I can understand the sentiment behind them but as a quiet, clean, and respectful couple, it was a little intimidating. We had some trouble accessing the property but the host answered his phone when I called and was able to get us right in, that was very much appreciated.

It was a pleasure staying at this location. The property is beautiful and quiet, and very cozy. Ashley was always very kind and helpful with anything that came up. We stayed for 11 weeks and could not have been more pleased. I would recommend staying here!

We visited to ski over the weekend and Scott and Jennifer’s place was perfect! About 25min to Loon, a nice little restaurant about 30sec up the street, all in all a great weekend. We arrived late at night so it would’ve been difficult to find which unit was theirs had they not had sent concise instructions. They even waited up for us to arrive and welcome us in! Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

This place was exactly as described and super clean! I especially appreciated the responsiveness of the host, Justin, who quickly brought me an iron when I needed one. I would definitely recommend staying here! ps I forgot to mention the amount of seasoning in cabinet was quite impressive! 5 stars all the way!!

Great condo! We would have stayed another night if our plans allowed. Very cozy, warm, and inviting. Decorated flawlessly, and felt right at home.

my family and i had an amazing stay here during our time skiing Cannon! the house was so clean, warm and cozy especially after a day of skiing in what felt like negative degree temps! the couch and beds were super comfortable as well. would definitely stay again 😊

This is such a peaceful, comfortable and lovingly created space. It's would be a true gift to whomever chooses to stay. From the big plush white rug in the open living room, to the shabby chic decor and tranquil colors throughout and the many little table lamps, to the tea, hot chocolate, Hershey's candies in a bowl, all the kitchen needs you could want, the very nice bathroom and two very comfortable beds, the space was just what we needed. Lisa and Bill and their sweet dog greeted us on arrival and were wonderful hosts.

We have stayed here 3 times now. Anthony is one of the most responsive hosts I have communicated with. We love the location as it is right in Jackson, very close to all the outdoor activities in the area as well as North Conway. The apartment is clean, has everything you need and good space. It is always a treat to stay here and we look forward to going again.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at Vicky’s. The apartment was prefect. We enjoyed the hot tub and our kids had a blast sledding. We skied Waterville and Cannon. We also visited the ice castles during our stay. We hope to return to Vicky’s in the future!

We had a great stay! The hosts were so kind and communicative. The Airbnb is quite nice, very clean, and close to anything you’d want in Henniker. The town is so charming, and we had a blast skiing Pat’s Peak. We will definitely return!

Nicole's house was exactly as described. It worked out great for our family of five. It is centrally located and you can walk to local restaurants and shops. It was perfect for our long weekend in NH. The Lincoln area has so many great things to do. We went sking at Cannon Mtn, we had breakfast at Pollys Pancake Parlor which was absolutely fantastic with spectacular views and worth the wait. We ice skated at the Franconia Inn and we drove over to the Omni Mount Washington to check it out. And we went hiking at The Basin. Nicole's house is in a perfect location and we can't wait to return! Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Abbey’s place is extremely convenient in North Conway. Walking distance to everything downtown but you don’t see any cars going by in all the windows in the unit. Very open and light, the place was extremely comfortable and served as a great home base for our time there.

Amazing view, close to everything.. Very responsive and clean..Plenty of extra parking on the lower level if you’re pulling a camper or trailer..Was my first time renting a airbnb and it was a great experience..

It was great stay with family, had wonderful time at house and it was clean and neat. We stayed two nights and everything was perfect.

We had a fantastic time at Caitlin’s condo. The room was exactly how described. The view amazing! Loved that we had the top floor. It was so quiet and the fireplace incredible!! There is so much to do there! We loved the outdoor pool. Also, Caitlin gave us great food recommendations! We ate very well! Honestly, it was a magical trip. The only thing that I had trouble with was the plug in Jacuzzi tub. It wasn’t staying down. But, at that point we had done all we wanted that day. It’s close to everything too! We loved Chef Bistro! Great food and staff so friendly! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Oh, we even had a sleigh ride at Nestle Nook Farm! Thank You Caitlin!!!!

Loved the location, beautiful spot and lots of family friendly activities. Great host with great communication, we were very comfortable away from home!
