The place was very cozy and clean. The host was always available and very friendly. The village is currently perfect for people who do not want to go to tourist hotspots and are looking for something quieter. It was also great that there were no mosquitoes!

Very very clean, spacious apartment, linens available, very well-equipped. The apartment is in a very good location close to the city center. Quiet and peaceful environment, no disturbance. Effective communication. I highly recommend this listing. We'll be back without a doubt!

We really enjoyed our time in Federico‘s nice apartment. The terrace and the view is wonderful. It is just a minute to the nice beach and 10 minutes to the city center. Highly recommended. There is just a little communication overhead due to the third party broker bookiply.

Super accommodation directly at the Tallinucci campsite, behind the small shop. Since we wanted to meet friends who were at the campsite with the VW bus, that was perfect for us. The children (3.5 years) could independently move from the VW bus to the apartment and vice versa. The parking lot is right in front of the apartment and the entrance and exit was also possible during noon and afternoon access to the campsite was closed. Unfortunately, our stay was far too short because we had to leave early. Francoise was very friendly and accommodating in particular regarding our early departure. The response times were very short and she was quickly on site. We'd be happy to come back another time.

We stayed at Maura' place and enjoyed it very much. On our arrival we where greeted by Mr. Gianni, who explained us everything, his english was ok and he used his phone to translate, which was fun. All instructions where clear and he showed us the beautiful apartment and explained the recycling of the trash. Parking was located in the building, but a bit small, but we managed to park our SUV with some corrections, so no problem. Having a parking space is very convenient, because the area (around the harbour) does not provide free parking and if you are visiting in high season, parking can be very challenging. We enjoyed to sit on the balcony to see the boats crossing the bay and see the beautiful sunsets. The area of Porto Azzurro is very nice with a lot of restaurants and shops to choose. If you want to cook yourselves a meal in the kitchen, you find everything. The dishwasher was small, so we have to use it more often (not a big problem).

Beautiful little villa with perfect outdoor and garden area to lie in the sun. Fantastic view even from the dining table inside to the beach of Morcone👌 It was very clean and the communication with Mariana was perfect.. she also called us directly at the restaurants because of table reservation and whether we were there in April before the season. Weather was not so rosy but since we like to read, we just heated it up and made us comfortable. Thanks for everything Mariana🙏

Definitely a positive experience. House located in a quiet area but at the same time a short walk from the seafront and the beach, small but clean, with crystal clear water. The fact of having a large terrace with a beautiful view of the Elban hinterland makes the accommodation even more comfortable. The only bad note, unfortunately, is two floors to do with a spiral staircase that with large suitcases, as in our case, was a little challenging. So single trolleys ;-). However, once you park the car you can also leave it where it is, you have everything at your fingertips: restaurants, bars, pubs, shops, groceries, ovens, beach. So the spiral staircase definitely backs up. We spent a week of absolute relaxation. Marciana Marina is a beautiful reality to visit, especially the ancient village. We'll definitely be back. Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

Superbly equipped villa with terrace and great sea views, as well as direct access via stairs to the sea. We felt very comfortable and immediately at home. Paola and Giulio are warm and knowledgeable hosts! They speak German, English and French , are always available, humorous and charming. Simone, her son will provide the right place on the clean beach. See you soon!

We had a great time in Paolo's house. The location is absolutely fantastic and Paolo is very friendly and was super quick to respond to messages. Especially the sunset is spectacular from the property.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

We had a very nice time in the very well furnished apartment. The location is stunning, right by the sea/stand and if you get up early enough you enjoy a wonderful sunrise. Letizia was always available and provided immediate relief if needed. Thank you

There were two of us staying for 10 days. The place was very clean and cozy. It is located in the countryside in a small private settlement and it is quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is an induction stove but no oven. From the balcony you have a very nice view of the sea. Since the place is a bit remote, a car is highly recommended to get to the next place, for example, shopping. Also the pools by the sea were still open in September. The small bay is great for swimming and snorkeling and is within walking distance of a few minutes. There is a free parking spot in front of the house, but you have to walk about 30 stairs. Elisabetta was always very nice and helpful. She had tips and recommendations and was quick to reach. Tip: always close all food well and leave no crumbs on the floor, otherwise ants will come quickly. But it wasn't a problem for us. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

We spent a very pleasant week in the house of Serena and Alessandro, a few steps from the quiet beach of Seccheto. Well-maintained environments, an outdoor space that we made the most of both lunch and dinner despite the heat at the end of July because in shade almost all day! Great outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) used by everyone (including dog!) when returning from the beach. Definitely recommended!

I was with friends at this apartment literally a stone's throw from the sea. The village, despite being small, has all the amenities (convenience stores, restaurants, bars...). The house is completely renovated and above all clean. I highly recommend it.

Upon arrival, Sandra was welcoming. The apartment is well located and very clean. We've never had such a clean apartment. The bedding is of very good quality. The kitchen is well-equipped. Sandra gave us very good advice for restaurants and visits. We highly recommend this listing.

A vacation of a few days between New Year's Eve and Epiphany. Sea villa near Marciana Marina (Elba), with beautiful views of the Gulf of Procchio and Capo Enfola. Very nice location. Obviously in winter you can't enjoy much sun and light and the outdoor spaces, very well organized, cannot be used fully. The apartment (part of the house) is comfortable for 6 people (we were 4 adults and two children in addition to our beagle), well-structured, very well maintained and recently refreshed and updated with three splits for cold and hot air. The pellet stove works great . Very clean rooms, nice and well-equipped kitchen (we didn't bring anything from home). Good quality beds. Two enough bathrooms for 6 people. Comfortable archaeological and a lot, a lot of friendliness and availability from the host and his relatives. No noise or disturbance issues. Everything is perfect and as advertised. Thank you Francesco. I hope to be back in the summer.

Accommodation in a great location to reach the sea and the center of the village. Inside there are all the necessary amenities. Extremely comfortable indoor parking. Serena was very nice and approachable.

Apart from the rain that is not to blame, it was a nice stay, Matteo was always available in need and quick in our requests, he was flexible when I asked to postpone our exit, so everything was well done to be done for sure, thank you Matteo
