very nice functional apartment on the heights of the Clusaz, parking and a landscape took the breath! to go down to the resort possibility to take your car, public transport, or even on foot for the most motivated! Thomas was great in every way! I would recommend it without hesitation.

Nice apartment with all the required amenities, and a good view across the valley. Good access to the ski lifts and a short bus ride/30 minute walk to town (note that last bus back was about 19:30). Philippe was a responsive and accommodating host. Beware that the stairs are very steep.

Our stay at François's was just perfect! His responsiveness and attention to making our stay enjoyable was really appreciated. The place was impeccably clean, well-equipped and easy to access. François has thought of everything to make our stay a pleasant one. We strongly recommend this place and will be happy to go back. Again, thank you for hosting us in exceptional hospitality!

We had a great time at Gregory and Aneta's. The accommodation is impeccable, as described, very clean, well-equipped and very functional. The accommodation is very well located for a stay on Lake Annecy, close to the lake and the village of Menthon. There's even a bus stop at the bottom of the residence. Finally, the hospitality and recommendations of Grégory and Aneta were great. Thank you so much!

Great time spent in Alexandra and Cyrille's studio. Everything matches the photos and descriptions. Very well placed, easy to find and spacious accommodation. We really appreciated everything that was available in the apartment. Direct access to the slopes, everything is on foot to go to the shops of the resort so nickel. Clearly we'll come back to that:)

Very functional and thoughtful apartment. Stéphanie is very responsive to messages and friendly. What it offers in the space is great. A real plus to have everything you need for babies. The accommodation is well located, with ample parking and a nice view of the mountains, it is very quiet. I look forward to coming back to enjoy the surroundings and Annecy.

We came for a week-long stay as a family with 2 children, we were hosted very well and the accommodation is conveniently located for exploring around the Lake. The property has exceptional views even more impressive than the pictures. The environment is very peaceful. We obviously recommend it.

It is a very functional apartment, nicely arranged, convenient, clean and nice. Chantal takes great care of her "vacationers". Of course, we want to come back, and Albertville is well located for visiting this beautiful region! Anyway, and to summarize, everything was PERFECT!

Christine's place is spotless, everything is well thought out. We were welcomed by Nathalie, a real gem, really adorable. and what about the location, I fell in love with it, between the lake and the mountains we were treated to snow with my children, we were starry-eyed. Responsive and accommodating host. Everything is as described. We appreciated the cleanliness of the space and the amenities were in perfect condition. We also noticed that all necessities are there to be comfortable without having to bring everything. The only thing that could be improved is the quality of the couch when it's in sleeping mode. Very good stay at Elise's, the accommodation and the residence are ideal for a family stay and Elise was very accommodating for our arrival and departure, I recommend it!

Apartment located on the 3rd floor, in a building with elevator access. Cozy, bright, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. Shops within walking distance as well as Nordic and alpine ski runs. The residence offers a swimming pool, of a decent size. I would recommend Fabienne's place.
