I would highly recommend staying here, if you're planning a trip to the Magog area. Since our stay, which initially was planned as a ski trip, we discovered so much more in the area. We hope to return and explore the other seasons.

Located in the heart of it all. Essentially we could park the car the whole time and walk everywhere unless we wanted to head up the mountain. We have stayed in multiple places in Magog for years, and will most liekly call this place home for all our futeure visits. Fulltime staff made any and all issues irrelavant as they were addressed immediately. Photos were true to space, and included everything we needed for our stay.

Great location, close to skiing, park, and spas. Cozy and warm accommodations with beautiful surroundings. The hot tub is great. Elaine is very helpful!

Rick was very responsive and helpful. He even ensured to unlock the main door for me preemptively as it was too cold. The place was very private and cozy and it was a good environment to relax!

Julie's place was perfect, the fireplace was magical and added to the atmosphere. The kitchen was well equipped, the hob and small convection oven were quite functional. The view from the living room was exceptional. Julie lives at the top of the place, she was available and very discreet. I would definitely recommend it. Hélène and Patrice

Brad and Rose’s lake house is a perfect lake side get away. The location is beautiful and surprisingly convenient for being 30 yards from the border. The house is 20 minutes from Newport and 30 minutes from Jay peak down well maintained road. We spent the week skiing at Jay Peak during a two foot snow storm and were very concerned about being able to access the house since it is down a long drive way that slopes down to the lake. We spoke to Brad and Rose who made special arrangements with their plow guy to clear us a spot at the top of their driveway to guarantee we could get out on the day of the storm. The plow driver also reached out personally to make sure he plowed before we needed to leave. The drive way was plowed three time on the day of the storm and atleast 7 total during our stay. We were able to get in and out no problem even from the bottom of the drive way and the roads to and from the mountain were easily passable with 4 wheel drive (Subaru Outback). Would recommend!

Our stay at this house was everything we could have asked for. The view of the lake was stunning. The house was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Paige and Cody were very responsive and welcoming. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants, and they were quick to help with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

We had a lovely stay at Molly's house on the lake. The area is rural and beautiful; we spent days kayaking, cycling to nearby islands, and just sitting on the back patio enjoying the lake. Molly was responsive and friendly.

My brother and I were in St-François for my aunt's funeral. Josée's place was the perfect spot to the rest and relaxation that we needed. The bed are incredibly comfortable, the place was clean...we couldn't ask for more.

We were in Vermont for my son’s wedding. We had enough room for our family and it was only 15! Minutes from my son’s home. My grandson and dons loved the kayaks and fishing. Very relaxing weekend!

This place is the perfect retreat for any group looking for a peaceful lake house experience. The pictures were accurate, the house was very clean, and its super close the Canadian border for those who wish to take a quick trip. The host was very helpful and responsive. We appreciated the smores ingredients that were there. I would recommend this place to any small group or family looking for a lakeside getaway. I would go back. Beautiful area.

Place was lovely, very spacious, looked exactly like the photos. Kid friendly and great activities to keep the kids busy. Will definitely recommend staying here!

This was the perfect spot for our family trip. Plenty of room for 8 adults. The house is private and there’s lots to do close by. We swam, golfed, hiked, and made day trips to Burlington VT and Montréal. The sunsets by the dock were amazing. I loved this property and would visit again if available.

An amazing stay at this quiet location. It was wonderful having the availability of a kitchen and walking distance to the cute town and local restaurants was perfect even in snowy/cold conditions. Beds were comfortable, shower and kitchen were perfect. Maybe was a bit tight but one makes it work. A lot of cabinets in the bedrooms if one wants to use them. Patrick was very responsive as we arrived into Magog later than expected and he made everything work with the check-in. Pool and hot tub were a nice perk. Lots of available parking even with the snowy conditions. There is nothing really to complain about.

Jacques’ hospitality and kindness is present through his actions. His home is on a very nice block with free and safe parking.

This was our second stay at Habitat 333. Beautiful unit with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Minutes to Mount Orford and downtown Magog.

I enjoyed this little piece of heaven. The place was quiet and the house warm I felt good there as soon as I arrived. I didn't expect it but Audrée had left little attention( muffin and others ) it was probably amazing!!!! It makes a difference , it makes it one of a kind. I had let him know that I needed a blender and he provided me with one despite the primeabord absence of the item in the condos. The works of art were beautiful. sincerely I let go completely and I feared my return so much that I was fine. I loved having access to several styles of books and games. Everyone could find their account there. Everything was thought out. They're detail-conscious and human. That was a big favorite!!! I want to go back. I recommend this spot 600%!!! Thank you Audrée for allowing me to recharge during these 4 days. I'm grateful. See you soon!

Very nice warm condo, easy to access, full of amenities and very pleasant fireplace atmosphere! Perfect for enjoying nearby ski resorts! Thanks to the hosts, it was perfect!

Patricia’s condo was the perfect place to stay for alpine and nordic skiing at Mont Orford. Would not hesitate to recommend.
