Kid-friendly holiday rentals in La Victoria

We are a family with many children, the house was perfect, 🤩 good location for activities, I recommend them, a very quiet area to rest and share with the family, the house is very clean and organized, supermarkets, and mall very close by. Andres, thank you for your patience😇with my family

Had a great time! The house is amazingly located in zona colonial, a bit outside the most touristic areas, with the front door on a cute square. On the weekends there is live music on the square, but nothing that bothered us. The green yard is so pretty and great to relax in. Just a few min walk away from all the restaurants.

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

The apartment was very clean and tidy, very well equipped. Guillermo was a gentleman, we had a confusion and even without corresponding, he helped us. I am very happy. This place is worth it.

If you looking for budget friendly and near the city this is the apartment as it was close to malls and supermarkets. My family of 4 had a great time our host Oscar was reachable and often gave recommendations when we request assistance. When traveling would recommend using uber as this is flexible and ensure you have Dominica money as that was our only challenge as nowhere wanted US dollars. We had lovely holiday and recommend this apartment.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely exceptional. The property is ideally located, just as described in the listing, which allowed us to explore the area without any issues. What really made our experience second to none was the attention of the hosts. Gaby and Fior They were extremely polite and offered us detailed explanations about the property and the area, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We stayed at Dieugrand’s property from December 29th to January 3rd for New Year’s, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Dieugrand was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for nearby places, which really enhanced our trip. The property looked exactly like the pictures—everything was clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, centrally located near great restaurants and attractions, making it super convenient for us. One of our favorite aspects was the 24/7 receptionist on-site, which made us feel very safe and comfortable when coming and going, especially as a group of women. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the abundance of hand towels and other essentials—it’s the small things that really make a difference! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Thank you, Dieugrand, for hosting us so wonderfully!

My family and me had a great stay at Yudelka’s. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, exactly as described in a private area local to many activities with great security. We felt very safe. Yudelka was very responsive and answered to matters quickly. We would stay again!
