Pet-friendly holiday rentals in La Ventana

From the moment I arrived at Paul’s and the popular kite beach La Tuna my senses glowed.Just walked from my suite all geared up at kited almost from the front door.Nice beach front restaurant and local ice cream shop.Easy walk/drive to a market for food/drink supplies.Paul lives on the lower end of the property so,although he was available,I felt private.See you next season Paul and Thankyou

We loved the views and privacy of this space! Sunrise and sunset from the bedroom is *chef's kiss*. Close enough to town for a quick drive, and far away enough to drown out the music. The internal acoustics were a little funny due to the concrete, though the design was overall fun and we enjoyed being able to have the doors open for plenty of fresh air; closing the doors was a little tricky, definitely doable solo and easier with two people. When we couldn't figure out how to get the bathtub drain to open despite many attempts, Ximena's team was very responsive and came over while we were out to drain the tub. Unfortunately, likely due to drainage issues, there was an increasing amount of mosquitoes in the bathroom drains during our stay; it sounds like this is a new issue, and they were very apologetic and solutions oriented. We look forward to staying at Ximena's place when next in La Ventana!

Mariu was the best host. Went above and beyond to make the stay a good experience. Great communication and flexibility. House is gorgeous. Really great location in el Sargento (close proximity to multiple coffee shops, grocery store/market, restaurants). Great kitchen, amazing rooftop for sunrises, good internet w/ TV. Would 100% stay again. Thanks Mariu!

Juan Carlos is an extraordinary host. The way that he cares for others is what hospitality is all about. Also, WOW best coffee in town!! This is an amazing place to stay central to everything and easy walk to the beach.

Christine’s house is conveniently located just above Rasta Beach and there is a large shed on the beach to store all your gear. No more driving around! The house is large, comfortable, and has wonderful views of the ocean. Christine responds promptly to any queries, and has local support staff to deal with any issues. I believe you will enjoy your stay at her house.

We had a fantastic stay. The house is gorgeous and the sunrises over the ocean were incredible. Ricardo was a great host, will definitely stay again!

This Airbnb was great. The layout and views were amazing. My wife and I had very enjoyable trip.

A great price and place for a 2-month stay. Beautiful view from the top balcony. Nice studio with the essentials in the kitchen. A simple bathroom, shower with hot water. My favorite was the king size bed and the morning sunrise. And the sunset 😉 There's a great space that's fenced off for cleaning and storing gear safely. It had a lovely pool as well. The area is a local's neighborhood which was charming. lots of local friendly dogs. Walkable to the taco stand, (Cessys is the best for fish tacos), veggie market, pharmacy and the beach.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 5 weeks, and loved it. Jose's directions to the place were thorough, and the place was easy to find. We loved watching the sunrise from the upstairs balcony. I work remotely, and the internet was reliable and fast. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in El Sargento!

Casitas ventana was absolutely wonderful for our family, safe and welcoming for our kids with a shared courtyard, pool and right on the beach. Space was very comfortable. It's a bit out of town and you'd want a car, but a couple very walkable beach restaurants and the one on site is good, and perfect jumping off point for running/mountain biking trail networks south of town. We will be back!

I’ve been to 50 countries and all over Baja and El Sargento is one of the best places I’ve ever been. Gorgeous location. Clean water. Unique geothermal. Small beachy feel. Excellent. And Giacomo’s was perfect for our needs. (Wouldn’t have minded a microwave and some coffee filters but other than that perfect) Clean. Pretty. Safe. Comfortable. Will return.

Max’s place was perfect for our family vacation. Our adult children joined together with us at Casa Mero. Check in was easy. Max met us and helped us get in and showed us around. The place was spacious and had stunning views. We had everything we needed. We prepared meals in the kitchen, as it was too chilly to use the outdoor kitchen in the evenings. Local restaurants were super convenient and fun to check out! We rented mountain bikes per Max’s recommendation and had a blast. Yoga was a short walk from the house. Beaches were also a short walk away. Highly recommend Casa Mero!

Can’t beat this location! The restaurant on-site is open M-F and so delicious. Worth coming just for the food, but the location is even more incredible right on the beach. Ulises provided kayaks and paddle board and the best hospitality. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at Blue Bay Village. We just love how peaceful, quiet, and private this place is. We travel with our camper van so we used our own kitchen for our two week stay. Yessica mentioned she has Starlink for internet now but we didn't use it because we have our own. The casita was very clean and comfortable with A/C and a hot shower with good pressure. We love watching sunrise from the rooftop deck. The dogs on the property are very friendly and add a sense of feeling at home. Yessica was very responsive to any questions but gave us total privacy. We look forward to coming back!

The apartment, which is the whole ground floor of Barak's house (he lives upstairs), is spacious, clean, and airy with a wonderful, sweeping view across the desert down to the sea and Isla Cerralvo. The native desert plants and eco conscious garden with lots of birds are a joy to behold. Friendly, helpful host and super sweet dogs create a welcoming, homey feeling. Barak was very responsive and easy to reach and talk to, and offered local recommendations and let us know we should ask for anything we needed. He was quick to respond when we asked him for a few things. The hot outdoor shower (in addition to the two bathrooms each with its own shower) was wonderful after a day in/on the sea. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with the basics (gas cooktop, refrigerator, simple utensils and pots/pans/dishes, and a cool Italian-style stove top espresso maker). Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Sitting on the porch to watch the changing light and stargazing was unforgettable.
