Very Quiet Neighborhood. Friendly welcome. Easy to maintain house. Terrace and garden access very easy if you have a dog. Not overlooked. Good bedding. Small supermarket 5 minutes by car and accommodation close to La Rochelle.

we are happy with our stay. the location is very very quiet, the accommodation is spacious, pleasant, functional. I recommend this place without problem

Anne-Marie generously welcomed us with a basket more than stocked ( cider, cake,pineau...) . We fed the chickens that made us feel good with 3 eggs a day. We also enjoyed the vegetable garden. The house is renovated and spacious for 6 people, the garden with several terraces in the shade or sun to choose from, the library and games are available. Big garden nice for our dog. The beach is a 10-15 min walk, that of the great coast or the wild coast accessible by bike in 15 min or by car. Beautiful Palmyra Zoo nearby. Anne-Marie was available throughout the week, and very flexible on arrival/ departure times and good advice on restaurants and activities in the area. Central accommodation to visit La Tremblade in Saint Georges de Didonne, by car or bike (many bike paths). We highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

We had a great weekend at Sarah's place. The house is very nice, located in a very well kept private residence. 5 minutes walk from the beach and just 10 minutes from the village... the location is ideal, easy parking, very quiet environment. The house is modern, well maintained and clean. We recommend Sarah's house without hesitation and will enjoy coming back occasionally. Thank you Sarah

Cécile's place is perfect for spending a few days with 2, very quiet, very clean, comfortable, in short, everything you need! The central location on the island is very convenient. Self check-in but Cécile is very responsive and responds quickly to messages ... address to remember!

What more could you ask for than Linda as a host. The hosting was warm, sweet and pleasant. Communication is fluid, accommodating, and responsive. It's all very clear and clear. The apartment is ideal for disconnecting and having a good stay on the island. It has everything you need to have a good time. An honest, fair, and warm experience. What a beautiful home and a fabulous pool , many an evening was spent around it , we were totally relaxed after our stay and would highly recommend Our hosts were really accommodating and vet helpful and at the end of a message and were quick to respond . The area was lovely with fields around and easy to travel to different locations A fabulous family holiday was had by us all

we had a lovely stay here. Saint George-De-Didonne is a beautiful place and Emilies home is a haven. The heated pool was wonderful and we used it every day despite the weather not being the hottest. Emilie and her husband were both very friendly and we would not hesitate to return. We were even treated to a bowl of Emilies home grown figs - They were delicious!

We had a pleasant stay at this residence, Everything was as advertised, a quiet and ideally located place. Anne and David were very welcoming hosts, good tips for restaurants and discovering the area and others. If you want to put your bags down for your vacation, don't hesitate, book with them, you won't be disappointed.

The house is gorgeous. Very well equipped (childcare equipment in particular). Marine is a very friendly host, responsive and has good recommendations to give us if needed. I highly recommend staying there.

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊

A great stay with Mélanie and Benoît who are very welcoming. The place is really very comfortable and bright. It is well located to discover Royan because the city center is very close on foot. We'll be happy to go back.

Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

Bernard and Monique's house is a lovely house, very well arranged, well heated, perfectly located close to the sea. The layout is perfect for a family with the possibility for parents to benefit from a separate bedroom and bathroom, and for children, to be well settled on the first floor... The welcome is both warm and respectful of hosts. It's a great place and we'll be happy to come back.

We have a wonderful holiday in Daniel's beautiful home. The house was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was large with a very, very nice shower. The enclosed yard was perfect for our little dog, and the wifi was extremely fast and stable, which was perfect for my husband who was working remotely. It was easy to cast to the smart tv as well. Daniel was very professional and friendly, and we really appreciated his proactive communication. He responded to our messages almost instantly and made us feel very welcome. We would absolutely stay with Daniel again, and we highly recommend his home. We couldn't have been happier :)

Nathalie is very welcoming, the garden was great for our dogs,the only small downside but nothing bad ,( it's me who should have asked) but there is no salt,no dish soap,no towel,no sponge or hand soap so I had to go back and do the shopping ,if it can be used for the next ones 😉 otherwise the walks by the sea were very nice and the area is very quiet

Aurélie and Caroline are very responsive hosts and therefore quickly available to any questions. The house was spotless both in terms of description and cleanliness. I highly recommend this listing and will be sure to contact them again if the opportunity brings me back to the area. Many thanks ♥️
