Holiday houses in La Tebaida

We were thrilled with Maria’s apartment. It was very clean and full amenities including fans and even a white noise machine. It also had extras we didn’t need to buy such as additional garbage bags, paper towels, salt, ice pack etc… It’s very close to a good grocery store we went almost everyday, and there was even a corner store just out the door if we needed something at the last minute. We walked 30 minutes to a mall and although the road was not flat it was exactly what we were after, a good walk in a safe neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, pharmacy’s and even a dollar store with similar products to home. Not only did security at the door greet us every time we passed but everyone we met in the elevators or on the stairwells were extremely friendly too. Not only would we recommend staying here but we are sure to stay again when we visit Armenia!!!

The apartment is in very good condition, super nice and comfortable, it has everything we need. The clothing area is excellent and the kitchen is super well equipped. Finally the unit where the apartment is located is super quiet and very nice.

I would repeat it again, everyone very friendly. A very special place

I would highly recommend staying here! Everything was clean and organized and he was very communicative the entire time. The location is great and the balcony has a great view. The common space is spacious and has comfortable seating.

The place had everything you see in the photos, and we were given the freedom to walk through very beautiful and natural green areas. The hosts were super attentive to any needs we had and even helped us with a personal situation where our car was damaged. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay. Armenia seems to be a place I’d like to purchase, and call home someday when I leave Medellin. The place is very spacious. Three large rooms, and 4 guests, spacious kitchen, stunning views from the top of the building. This is a place you can stay for a few months. I’ll remember this place in the next visit. Claudia was very responsive every time. She’s a great hostess. I recommend staying here 101%.

Our stay at the Madrigal was just perfect! The place itself is very unique and authentic, everything was super clean, and the house had everything what you need. It is very well located, you can reach the downtown and the bus terminal just walking. Braulio and Sora responded every question very quick. Also all the tips and activities suggestions that the host gave us were very helpful. This place is super recommended !

The place is divine we love the attention that the owner and the waitress had. It is a perfect place to disconnect and totally rest,it is too clean and spectacular.
