Very nice and functional house, located in a pretty setting overlooking the Sarthe. The proximity to the village of Malicorne is also a good point with all amenities. Finally, thank you to Catherine for hosting us and for her attention.

If you are looking for an atypical accommodation, full of good surprises, in the hollow of a small vegetable nature beautifully guided by Laurent and witness all the wealth of soul of the master of the place , then come absolutely here! In addition, this Cottage is ideally placed to discover, at max 40 km, a whole range of activities: bike tours, forest, zoo, castles, small characteristic villages... and Laurent is not to be left of good advice. Not living in the place, we did not meet him directly...and yet we feel like we know him so much his presence permeates the accommodation and guided us throughout the stay. Very nice accommodation, clean, as described, close to the city center of the arrow (accessible on foot, about 10-15 minutes). 10 minutes by car from the zoo, perfect for being at the opening! Clear instructions. We recommend!
