Family-friendly holiday rentals in La Salle-les-Alpes

We had the pleasure to stay at this beautiful Chalet for three nights. The location was as we expected it to be for the price. There where minor issues with a door and a shower, but since we had enough rooms and space, that was irrelevant for us. We recommend to drive though the french mountains, because the view whilst driving was amazing. A hike to the Lac des Anges was our favorite activity, but you can also relax in the sauna and pool for hours. Thank you Celine for the holiday!

Great place close to the centre of the town. you can walk to the shops and the ski lift (although it is bwst to rent a place to keep you equipment close to the lift). The chalet is great, and the host too. You have all the amenities to have a good holiday + jacuzzi and sauna + a forest to walk through if you like.

We had a tremendous week! The chalet is out of this world! Fantastically stocked, you could really wish for nothing! Laurie and Tony were exceptional hosts and were responsive to any communication. We enjoyed the walk to and from the village but there is a bus that you can catch from the top of the road (100m up the hill).

Great mountain house on the slopes with all the comforts. Very nice rooms and everything sparkling clean. Beautiful view over the village with spacious balcony and also a hot tub. Kids (8-13 years) could ski in the area themselves. Contact with Severine is also great!

We had a great stay at Marion's apartment. Ideal size for 2 families with children. And its location is perfect for getting to the slopes quickly. His advice to rent a locker at the foot of the slopes made the stay even more logistically enjoyable. Communication was smooth and Marion is very accommodating on check-in/check-out. We would unreservedly recommend this listing on Chantemerle.

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Amalka. It was the perfect location for our family with grown up teenagers and our two dogs. The house is gorgeous and has been cleverly renovated to retain a wonderful old Alpine feel but to be clean, comfortable and spacious. The setting is gorgeous and we enjoyed many delightful snowy dog walks. The games room is fab and log fire very cosy. We have been to Montgenevre many times and it is always great. Marketa was the perfect host being warm, welcoming and efficient. We loved our stay. Thank you.

Chalet perfect for family trip. Very well equipped, pleasant to live in. 8’ drive from Briançon station. A perfect stay.

I highly recommend this rental. The cottage is spacious, comfortable with all the essentials to have a good holiday. The view of the glacier is beautiful. The resort has a beautiful pool. The SPA and sauna are very pleasant. and the village of La Grave is very charming, with many shops and restaurants

We stayed at Christina's place to ski in Montgenèvre. It's a wonderful little chalet that has everything you might need for a winter holiday, and it's literally only a 5 minute walk down to the lifts! The location was incredible, with view over the mountain and the slopes. Very comfortable place, nothing bad I could say about this.

Geert and Anne were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The accommodation is beautiful, tastefully furnished and very well supplied. Well heated and convenient. The mountain view is superb. Recommended!

Very nice stay at Françoise's. A listing as described (it is even bigger than in the photos) very well equipped and well located in the resort. Well heated as well, which is nice in winter. A beautiful floor-to-ceiling window with views of the mountains, and even friendly neighbors! Parking spot, quiet neighborhood

The stay was very nice, in this very well-appointed and very well-decorated studio. It feels really good, and very convenient at the same time. Meryl is very accommodating and available, while being discreet. We'll be back without a doubt.

The house is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and everything is clean and well maintained. It feels like home.

We are a group of 10 cyclists. We had an awesome stay in Briancon at Kate's place. Being situated in the old town is a fantastic location and the facilities in the house suited us very well. Everyone loved the house. Its old but full of character. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip to the Alps. Thanks Kate.

We had a great time at Nathalie's: a warm welcome, an apartment a few meters from the center - ski departure, completely new, fully equipped, and tastefully decorated. A sunny terrace and a big plus: excellent bedding.

Great apartment for skiing, easy communication. Two real bedrooms, access to the slopes 100 meters by the balcony, covered parking... nothing is missing. Cleaning is to be done which is a plus because it is not charged... it was necessary to redo the floors upon our arrival and ventilate well. But it's still a detail. We'll be happy to go back.

Great stay at Corinne's. Very functional apartment, close to new. We were 6 adults and 3 children, we didn't feel like we were cramped. The kitchen is very well-stocked, nothing missing.

We had a lovely stay, nice residence and apartment! The slopes are easily accessible directly on skis. We arrived at the bottom of a red slope, easy if you have already skied, but impossible with our two youngest novice children. Access to 1600 can be done on foot, but the path was frozen and it was quite dangerous on the way down, especially with skis. We saw people breaking their faces right before our eyes... So we sometimes took the shuttle that passes right in front, connects 1600 in 4-5 minutes, and 1400 in 25 min. Be careful, it's crowded (school holidays)… We also took the car (annoying just to avoid these 200 m of red track but so be it!) The concierge does his best to manage all his arrivals/departures across multiple residences. We were able to return to the apartment late in the morning when the indicated time was noon. We will return to this beautiful little resort that combines snow and sun but at 1400 for sure.

Very good stay in this nice apartment well located, well-equipped and tastefully decorated, it really feels like a mountain. Fabrice and Patricia are really attentive to make the stay as pleasant as possible and it's really appreciated!

Excellent ski stay with our 3 children. The apartment is conveniently located and perfectly equipped to feel comfortable. All areas are maintained with care and taste! Very nice. Exchanges with landlords are easy and instructions are clear! Everything was perfect and makes us want to come back!

Very nice apartment and as described. Good quality bedding, clean and protected (by a laminated cover not inconvenient). Easy access to ski slopes. Very well equipped kitchen and sufficient storage. Anyway... a good place!
