The lodging house in Santiago is in an excellent location, for those who want to be close to the sea, we were a group of runners for the Valencia marathon, and we were also relatively close to the starting place. The house is very well divided, it has everything it advertises, and Santiago is an excellent host.

Great townhouse with ocean view. We had a great time 6 adults and 3 children. I add that it could be improved, especially for a stay in winter: that the heating could be regulated in each room individually, and being able to close the kitchen. Anyway, we'd love to come back!

Lucia's house is beautiful, very close to the beach, a large supermarket nearby, and many restaurants.The location is good and life is convenient and we had a nice weekend here.Will come back next time if I get a chance.

Lovely, modern 4 bedroom apartment with 4 separate bathrooms. Plenty of room for a large group. Location is close to Maritim metro station and only a 10 min walk to the beach.

Mary's house is in a privileged location, in the heart of the Albufera natural park, almost like being on a boat, it is spacious, the large outdoor garden and with a magnificent barbecue The absolutely equipped interior, the only downside is that there is only one bathroom and there are no closets in the rooms We really enjoyed the stay in the house

Marina's house is really lovely, very well and beautifully equipped, with a gorgeous outdoor garden area. Very easy to get in & out of Valencia city using the regular metro service. For a beach swim I loved Port Saplaya - make sure you see the very pretty marina there. Its about 15 mins away by car. I tried, but it is not a nice cycle! A note of caution when pasting Marina's directions into google maps - make sure you specify Foios because there are multiple addresses the same and we ended up 26k away in the national park. We had a lovely time and it really felt like home. Thanks

This is our second stay here - we hope to return soon. The hosts were very friendly, great at communicating. The house is well maintained and a fantastic set up - especially the kitchen and terrace being in the same level upstairs. The area is great, so much to see and do and very walkable - also great for public transport.

Excellent accommodation and the service from Núria is unbeatable, she has been very attentive in every aspect. We spent a weekend of 10. It has everything you need, true to the photos. The exterior of the house has been the place where we have spent it best. Clean pool and, in général, the entire house. The location of the house is perfect, close to Valencia, in a quiet and beautiful development.

This was one of those great surprises during a vacation. The place is amazing and felt just like home. The house is spacious, with three decent bedrooms (one of those as suite), big living room and complete kitchen. A part of that, a big and very cozy private terrace (with a barbecue place on the side) facing the pool which is common to all seven houses in this complex. The pool is also amazing! Over 2m deep on the deepest side with an "integrated" small pool for young kids/babies. We definitely want to come back. Manuel and family, thank you for this pleasant stay.

Oscar's house is very cozy and comfortable, everything we need can be found in the room, only 15 minutes drive from the house to the city center, thanks for the candy prepared for the kids

We were very well received, and they gave us good ideas to eat nearby. The Host was with us at all times, through messages for directions and suggestions. The apartment is very nice and well located, in a quiet area, close to the beach and Valencia (about 12 minutes by car) and well connected to shops and supermarket in front. Overall, a very positive experience, recommended!

The apartment is great, very close to the beach, well communicated, super well taken advantage of the space with a lot of light and good temperature, we had everything we needed in the apartment, they were super friendly with us and quick response, definitely a place to repeat.

This was our first visit to Valencia—what a beautiful city! It’s overwhelming when you’re trying to figure out where to stay. This location was perfect and the accommodations exceeded our expectations! It was conveniently located within walking distance of City of Arts and Sciences surrounded by beautiful green space. Restaurants and shopping close by. Super Market a quick three minute walk! We would definitely come back— if you’re looking for “home away from home” for a small group or family (small children included), this is it!

Emilio has been a wonderful host, always attentive to everything we need, ready in everything ,facilitating and making the stay very pleasant and perfect, he is also a very friendly person. The chalet is very nice, even better than in the photos, very spacious and fully conditioned, nothing was missing. of the best airbnb in the we have stayed.

The stay was excellent. A very nice, well equiped apartment (we loved all the plants!) in a good neighbourhood. You can walk to the city center but also the area around the apartment is very nice. A lot of restaurants and a supermarket nextdoor. If you have a rental car, be sure to reserve a spot at garaje Marva, which is on short walking distance.

Very well-kept apartment, equipped with everything you could want, quiet area. It's very close to the train that takes you to Valencia, but the noise is minimal and not a bother.

Really charming apartment, I enjoyed a lot. I stayed for 5 weeks! Comfortable, clean, plenty of space for clothes, strong WiFi, etc. I loved the location — plenty of bars, cafes, supermarkets, grocery shops, fruit stalls. And many, many bus and tram routes are nearby to take you wherever you want to go — directly to the beach or the city centre, or anywhere else in the city. Rocio was also very nice and helpful. I would stay here again in the future!
