Loved this location for our anniversary trip! Enjoyed the amenities, the seawall being so accessible for a bike ride or walk, and the unit was perfect! Highly recommend!

Tom was very quick to respond to my questions. He made sure we checked in. His place is a great location close to the beach, restaurants and Walmart which was a huge plus !!! I would stay again :) thanks Tom!

The photos of Doc's Quarters do NOT do this beautiful condo justice! Much prettier in person. Literally everything you need for a stress free stay. The views were stunning. And the Dawn property is very well maintained. We will absolutely stay here again next year and hopefully for many years to come. My family personally loved all the little notes around the condo. We loved being on the 2nd floor and on the beach. Would be a great place to stay in the Spring or Summer.

I loved this home, everything I thought I needed was there. It was easy to get in, easy to find instructions. The house was beautiful online but way more beautiful in person. My host was amazing and very responsive and accommodating. This home made my birthday vacation way more wonderful.! I’m so appreciative.!

What a cool place! Tom knows his Galveston history and this house is a visit to the past! Amazing antiques, books, photos, gadgets…eye-candy everywhere! The place was super clean and the beds were comfy! We will def stay here again!

Wow! What an incredible place and an incredible host. We've stayed at over 30 Airbnbs and this is the only host that has gone this above and beyond - stocking the kitchen in anticipation of our Thanksgiving feast, a doggie basket with toys for our pups, a gorgeous pecan dessert and yummy pasta/sauce on the kitchen table, a zoom call to welcome us and to find out what else we needed (she ordered us more kitchen utensils & a fan from Target). The home feels like a home. Super clean, lots of character - high ceilings, lovely woodwork, lots of light, a sweet fully fenced in yard, and large comfy bedrooms. There are two bathrooms but everyone ends up using 1 upstairs as their main bathroom since it's the one with a shower - not an issue for us just FYI. The neighborhood is super walkable - so many gorgeous homes on every block. Easy to get to the Strand, beach and Broadway. Two thumbs way up for people with or without dogs! Simply amazing. Was perfect for me. Far enough out of town to be quiet, but close enough to get where I needed. First time staying in a tiny home, which took some getting used to, but it had everything I needed and the bed was comfy.

I enjoy staying at this house for the one week it was what I expected and I would stay at this house again.

We were coming in town for my grandfathers funeral. We found this home after we had issues with another host. This host was very kind and responsive. Great response time and always caring about our stay. Any questions were addressed immediately. Here are a few noticeable things about the house. 1. You never run out of hot water. We had 9 people staying there, and we were constantly running showers and washing dishes. 🙂 2. The beds were supers comfortable. Never underestimate the power of a good mattress in times of stress. 3. The closet space was fantastic. We had 5 suits and 3 dresses to hang among other things and we had room plus more. 4. Surprisingly good selection of pots, pans, and seasonings. (We are a New Orleans family. Every one of us checked the seasonings, lol.) 5. Living area is huge. It was great for all of us to congregate and play games and just talk. 6. All appliances were clean and well kept. The Spittler, Maurice, Martin Family. 😊😊😊

This place is GREAT! Everything you need and more. Location is perfect for walks to the beach and restaurants. Lots to do! House was perfect and comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

Mary's place was great. Loved the fun decor, great central location, everything you could want for an accommodation. We also contacted her about the crib, which we were informed was actually a pack and play, which would have been too small for our toddler. She then bought us an air mattress that we used during our stay which worked perfectly! HVAC was very comfortable, kitchen did exactly what we needed it to do. Good shower as well (there is no tub so just be aware of that if your kids only take baths). Only thing to note is that it is a downstairs apartment and the upstairs unit had kids running around at times, so if you're sensitive to that sort of thing keep that in mind, but otherwise we had a great stay.

Great location and place! Absolutely recommend and Hannah was very proactive in making sure we were all set. Walkable to coffee shops and very close to all of the museums. Wonderful neighborhood as well.

Hello, The room is excellent! Great location, near beaches, restaurants and Walmart, Kroger, Randall’s, Marshall. Best view to the ocean from the balcony. Room is clean, comfortable, with unique design, quality furniture. Compact kitchen with everything you will ever need, big refrigerator. Room had 4 beach towels. 2 beach chairs. All our family had best vacation thanks to this great room. Memory of these sunny days will last long time. We already know where we want to be for our next vacation: in Galveston with Kerry!

The “Welcome” book was definitely one of the best I’ve ever seen. She had everything labeled so it was easy to find light switches, plug in and everything else. Plenty of cable tv stations to watch too. Definitely would stay again!

5 stars for good reason. The host was communicative and accommodating, even letting me check in early as my flight came in early. The apartment was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, safe, convenient, and in a great neighborhood. Overall, a fantastic stay. I’d happily book here again.

This place was one of most complete places I’ve stayed in terms of items that made it feel like home. Gary was friendly and always responsive. The place was very comfortable and cozy, one of the best experiences I have had at an AirBNB.

My stay at Cat’s apartment was fantastic! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. This Airbnb was exactly what I needed. I stayed here with my friend for a month while I searched for a place to rent. The host, Mark, welcomed us to a clean, spacious, quiet apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. He was very attentive, respectful, professional and made us feel like home. Also, he was very understanding about my friend’s Chihuahua staying with us! We didn’t have any inconvenience of any kind (which usually happens on long-term stays). The instructions were very clear and easy to follow since the beginning. Check-in and out was super convenient and extra points for the keyless door! Mark and the complex neighbors are super chill and will make you feel safe. Glad I chose this location.

This place was perfect for our family and it was definitely as advertised! The view is breathtaking and access to pool and ocean was so easy! The game room was an added perk too! The host was responsive and friendly! Would highly recommend! We would book this place again!!
