Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in La Perla

Looks and is exactly as advertised on Airbnb! Lovely location and clean building that provides a lot of amenities! Extremely helpful and great communication with the host ! We needed something for the bathroom and they were quick to help us and bring it to the room! Would definitely recommend again and stay!

I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described in the photos, and it was in a fantastic location—very walkable to nearby areas, making it easy to explore. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out. He replied within seconds and got us back inside quickly. Thank you so much for making my first trip to Guadalajara so memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

We were a group of 8 and had a great time here. The location is great, extremely safe, near many restaurants. The kids loved the heated pools and play area. Roman was extremely responsive to our requests as well. It's on the 2nd floor so it does get noisy on the weekend nights from the restaurants below, but we were expecting that.

We absolutely loved this wonderful place. So centrally located to great restaurants and attractions. We would definitely return to Claudia’s place. The rooftop space is so relaxing and a great place for some pizza and wine! The bed was fantastic ( we like it a bit on the firm side). The patio is a nice place to see the sunrise. Kitchen was well stocked and the shower was fantastic!! Claudia is very attentive if anything is needed. Thx for a great stay in beautiful Guadalajara!!

Alma was very responsive and friendly. The check-in was easy, and she was flexible with check-out around our flight. The neighborhood is gated and you need to submit a photo of your ID in advance and sign and print a form to give to security--for easy entrance. The bedrooms are upstairs and each have a fan. The beds are comfortable. The backyard is spacious. The area is quiet, and I'd stay here again when visiting family.

It's a good place for 4 people, it's a quiet and safe place, it has a pool and grill and a good place for children to play. Ideal, if you're looking to be a little far from downtown and quiet.
