A very intimate place, tucked away in the rainforest, among Patuju flowers and fruit trees, with a lovely pool.

stayed for one night and it was lovely. room was perfect, beds comfy and woke up to amazing views of Lake. breakfast in the morning was great including eggs, cereal, yoghurt, coffee/tea, toast and fruit. Martin communicated really well and answered any questions promptly

My stay was great. The apartment has efficient radiators which is a real plus on cold nights with a temperature close to 0°, just like hot water (and not only warm). The bed is large and the mattress is of excellent quality. Within a 10-minute walk, very good restaurants, shopping mall, ATM, supermarket, grocery store, cinema, etc... in addition the host was very available and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

The place is like the description, and it is perfectly in line with the photos. The view is incredible and besides being close to the cable car, there are also practically every minute vans to every corner of the city, which only cost 2 Bolivians. The taxi also comes cheap, between 10 and 15 Bolivians depending on which place in the center to go. Nicolas and his family were extremely helpful. Before check-in, they provided detailed information on how to get there, providing multiple options for this. We also helped with delivery apps and taxi runs, and any information I needed. My flight was delayed and they were graciously willing to greet me. On a tour outside the city they stole my cell phone, and they helped in much more than I could ask and imagine to deal with the situation, a perfect reception. I hope I didn't disturb you, because they really helped! I plan to come back!

The place is as promised: The bathroom is spacious, clean and has a hot water shower. The room is perfect for one person, with a water heater and a coffee maker that make the stay more comfortable. In addition, it has a small patio that gives it a cozy touch. Everything is spotlessly clean As the only detail, for my taste, the pillows were a little firm; I would have preferred something softer. Overall, though, the experience was very good.
