As always, Paul and Maria's place has been welcoming and perfect for those who want a good neighborhood, and reasonably quiet (no place in front or a block or two away of any avenue is dead quiet in Lima). the apartment is very well equipped, so you can cook and have a nice dinner or lunch with a great view outside your window. it is a comfortable place and the hosts are the best. They communicate quickly and are very accommodating. 😊

Our stay at Mariana’s place was great! It’s really centrally located in Miraflores making it easy to get around to restaurants and activities. Definitely recommended it!

Really nice appartement! Clean and a nice view. The beds was amazing and we got all small necessitys was included. The bedroom close to the road was quite loud and light, but we used earplugs. Lima is a loud city and it's hard to escape. The other bedroom was dark and quiet, really comfortable. Location perfect, the hosts is really friendly and answers fast. We had a great stay :)

I’be stayed in this building before. It was always convenient to have Ave Arequipa so close which they close down on Sundays so people can run and ride bikes. Gustos and Gustitos is so delicious and having an oxxo in the same building is incredibly convenient. The amenities in the building are great, the coworking area and pool room help in those rainy days. The pool and jacuzzi have a beautiful view of Lima. Hard to beat all the pluses a place like this has. The laundry room is helpful for long stays, just make sure to get in early or late as possible so it’s not busy. There are only 4 machines and they can get used up quickly. Having the metro bus across the street was awesome. Experienced travelers should get a Lima metro card and use it to get to and from Miraflores or take advantage of the colectivos. Thanks Erika for the perfect accommodation

Great apartment in San Isidro. Very good location in a safe and quiet area. A short walk to supermarkets and restaurants on Av. 2 de Mayo in Lince and a few minutes walking or uber from restaurants in S. Isidro. The olive grove park 10 min walk away fills your lungs with fresh air. The apartment is as shown in the photos. Extremely quiet and with black out curtains that make it easy to get in full rest. Cleaning 2 days a week makes it easy to use time when you're for work or holidays. To put an area for improvement, to say that it does not have any Netflix-like platform preconfigured on the TVs, so you have to set your own (assuming you have).

The apartment was in impeccable condition, everything very tidy and clean. The kitchen has basic equipment such as pots, a frying pan, and some kitchen utensils. The bathroom is also well complete with soap, towels, hairdryer. The stay was quite comfortable and cozy, in addition the building is in a quiet area and very close to commerce such as business, supermarket, restaurants, etc. Rosa María was always aware that our stay out of wonder, and communication with her was always excellent. Highly recommended.

Central location in San Isidro. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos. It was great for us to stay for two weeks. Note that a window in the living room is always slightly open by design of the building for ventilation, not the owner's fault.

Everything is perfect, totally recommended. It was a pleasure to be there. Just recommend that pool reservations be made well in advance (if that's your visit goal...)
