Great place, modern, clean and good layout. Extra toilet. Supermarket within walking distance and enough place to park safely. Very nice area that is just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Late check in was possible and Marjen's response time was very quick. Immaculate apartment with 2 good bedrooms with good beds and air conditioning both upstairs and in the living room. Price quality is all good. Thank you!!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you need. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. The pool is great and everything is within walking distance and we were with 4 children . There was even shampoo and everything possible. Thank you it was beautiful. Thank you

We had a lovely time at this apartment. It really is set up for families as Nik&Carol have thought of everything! Cutlery, plates, high chair, bath, baby rocker, toys, socket protectors and even extra bedding for the beds and the cot which were very helpful. It has a lovely terrace with toys and places for the little people to play. The beds are also comfy. They have a lot of beach things including towels, toys, chairs.. so you can just walk down (5 minutes) and enjoy the amazing beach and view. We would highly recommend this place for people traveling with little ones.

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

Everything was perfect!

We stayed about 3 weeks in Carmelo's apartment. The residence looked as pictured and we got what we expected. We loved the access to the sea and to the tram. The apartment had everything we needed as a family. The morning sun in the bedroom was a dream. Carmelo was quick to communicate with us and helpful in questions. The only thing we reflected on was that some kitchen equipment such as pans and knives need to be replaced. The apartment otherwise have all supplies needed.

We had a perfect stay! Apartment is very clean and has everything you need. It was nice to have a parking spot in the garage.

Lovely ground floor apartment not far from the castle and the city centre. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The first morning we had a problem with the shower as it was starting to run cold. I contacted Teresa and she was very quick to respond. I upped the temperature on the water cylinder and all was great thereafter. I would definitely stay again if ever in Alicante!

Marijke and Robert's apartment is complete and is centrally located in the middle of shops and super good restaurants. Breakfast at the corner with eggs and fried bacon and a delicious fresh juice and coffee. The fantastically beautiful wide white beach is about 250 meters from the apartment. We really enjoyed the place and the weather in November 24 gr. The contact with Marijke and Robert was very pleasant.

The apartment has a very nice and beautiful view from the terrace! The owner is a very responsive woman who gave all the necessary instructions! quiet area! There is a bus stop and tram nearby! The beach is close too! Everything was great!

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

Great stay. Space met expectations. We experienced communication with host Nick as very pleasant. 1 tip: don't leave anything outside unattended because a lot is stolen in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, we were the victim of this. Again, as in so many places, unfortunately there is a lot of speckling around that have provided it on your belongings.

We loved the apartment, we had privacy since it is inside a closed one, the location is excellent, the tram is coming out, the area is very quiet and familiar. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and Sandra was very kind to welcome us, it's definitely a place we recommend

The penthouse is beautiful, with all the needs, spacious and very very nice. It is very well located a short distance from the beach. The pool just below is great for refreshing and the kids really enjoyed it. The terrace is the best! It's the thing we enjoyed the most! Diana is very friendly, super quick and attentive to whatever you need. We will definitely repeat.

A well-equipped apartment house with everything you need. Close to the beach, calm streets, shopping opportunities. I recommend it to everyone!!

Manuel and his wife met us as soon as the apartment was ready. Showed us around, explained everything clearly, i.e. wi-fi, tv, keys etc The apartment was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need for the week. We kept in touch throughout the week, which was really helpful as we had a very early flight on departure. I cannot fault it, we had a great time, thank you.

Accommodation true to the photos and description, very clean and a very quiet area. The hosts were very friendly and attentive at all times. I definitely recommend it 100%!

The check in was quick and easy. The apartment was clean, secure and felt safe. It’s down the windy end of the Mar Menor, a 30 second walk from the water sports area and a surfers style bar. There wasn’t any sun on the apartment however, that was a relief from the heat some days. It was a good 30 minute walk to the strip where all the restaurants are, we had a hire car and that was better for us personally.
