Beautiful private modern mountain home located on top of a huge coffee farm. My family traveled all of Nicaragua with this home being our absolute favorite rental property in the country. The home is located up a remote mountain road from San Ramon where 4x4 is highly recommended. Make sure you pickup all you need for your stay before arriving at the home b/c once you arrive you’ll never want to leave this peaceful magical place. When you arrive at the home you’ll be greeted by the amazing staff that is so helpful and friendly and makes you feel right at home. The room accommodates are perfect for family/friends to have a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay. The main home has everything you need for cooking family meals, to playing games, or just finding a comfortable spot to read or nap. Our favorites were the amazing views, daily horseback rides, the soccer field games, bird watching, the sound system, and all the staff especially Mercedes! Our stay was an absolute dream adventure!

What a great place to stay in Esteli...The bungalow is located in the middle of a very extensive garden area. When you open the front door, it smells of cedar wood. The furnishings are very tasteful and everything is sparkling clean. The response times with the owners were always extremely short and the conversations were warm and constructive. The view from the terrace on Esteli is beautiful and the constant breeze on the balcony is very refreshing. The mattress was excellent and I felt incredibly comfortable in my bungalow,but this is probably also the warmth of the homeowners and the tranquility on the property. I highly recommend this accommodation. The journey to the house leads through a still very developed barrio. However, the accommodation itself is located on the hill and is separated from the rustic streets with a large gate.

I'm sure I have to go back to this place. I exceed my expectations. The decoration , the cabin ambiance itself is a show. I am 1000% satisfied, it is very well equipped and you find from a dental floss to an aromatic sailing machine, that is you need nothing more than to arrive and enjoy a rich vacation and the best climate in Nicaragua 🇳🇮

Really nice house to stay. The patio was a nice place to hang out and have a chill time with the family and the view was great too. Would recommend and stay thereagain next time.

Caroline was absolutely wonderful. We have never received such a warm welcome. We had to leave very early the next day and she offered to make us coffee before we hit the road! We had a lovely chat and hot coffee all before 6am. Up until this point I had not had the pleasure of meeting such a professional and gracious host. Thanks Caroline! P.S. She even made us Rosquillas and Tustacas!! A Fantastic traditional Honduran treat!

A beautiful adobe-walled home in a fresh and peaceful setting next to a river and a small bamboo grove. The pictures match the reality. A lot of very nice little touches like a jug of filtered water on hand, paper towel, extra fresh towels. Very comfortable beds. They felt like new mattresses. The whole place was spotless. Lots of natural light and a fresh breeze blowing. Beautiful style touches like paintings, Christmas wreath above the door, etc. Jorge was super responsive and his parents next door were very friendly and helpful. Lucia brought us fresh-baked bread and locally made cheese as a little treat. There is a dull noise from the occasional truck on the highway, but we barely noticed it and put the white noise on at night. Otherwise, extremely peaceful. We would definitely return.

What a lovely home and location for a peaceful vacation. We love this area for our family to rest and enjoy the cool mountain air. The home was beautiful and well equipped with everything you need to stay comfortably. We'd definitely return.
