The place is beautiful. The ambiance made us feel at home and cozy. 3 chickens, a cat, fish, a ping pong table and a place to play boules. Simply perfect. And finally: the apartment was well equipped, French modern furnishings. Heart what more do you want. Anytime again and highly recommended.

We spent Christmas and New Year's Eve with our children (adults) in Marie's house. The house was decorated Christmas, what a surprise! No problem cooking the Christmas meal, everything was there! The bedding was spotless, we slept very well. Large garden fenced off then paradise for dogs. And the beach is 5-10 minutes away. Shops nearby with everything we needed. Raclette machine available for New Year's Eve! And flexible checkout on January 1. So it couldn't be better. Thank you Marie!

A great stay in a very nice house,very nicely decorated,welcoming and perfectly furnished. Everything is tasteful and you have everything you need for cooking,a bright and very comfortable living room, two pleasant and very quiet bedrooms and a very nice children's room. The sea and beach are just around the corner and you can walk to the center of Jullouville. Ideal for a nice moment of relaxation and a good change of air in a very welcoming world. The communication with Alexis and his wife was very easy and very simple. We were sincerely delighted.

Very nice and spacious house allowing to stay with an extended family (there were 11 of us) without any problems. Samuel was extremely flexible on check-in and check-out times. Samuel had delicate touches on the occasion of Christmas, which particularly touched us. Do it again during the summer season to enjoy the beautiful outdoor amenities!

Very friendly hosts who maintain good communication. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has all you need. It is a very quiet residential area, and we had thought that there are also nearby guarded beaches. But by car you can quickly reach very beautiful sandy beaches. All in all we had a very nice time here. Thank you very much.

Great stay. We spent an extended weekend with the family, from 7 (months) to 77 years old. That was perfect. The fire was crackling in the fireplace when we arrived, we only had to put our bags down and enjoy a very well prepared house serenely. Olivier has a sense of detail and the habit of satisfying a clientele, it shows. In addition to the comfort and many possible activities for young and old, the place is very well placed to (re)discover the region, between Grandville, its market and its litoral, Saint Malo that we were able to see again. We even stumbled on Mt Saint Michel. For those who don't know a book is on the living room table, next to comics, baby books, games. Personally, I turned to Normandy in the past. I can only recommend this house. For sure, we'll be back soon.
