Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Esmeralda, Teusaquillo

Every review mentions the street noise. Yes, if you stay here it is pretty loud until about 10:30pm. I would bring earplugs next time. Nevertheless, this is a great apartment in an ideal location. This is not a historic section, but it has a ton of restaurants. Taxi drivers are everywhere so easy to get where you want to go.

I had an excellent stay at Myrian's place! The apartment is spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could need. The bathrooms were spotless and roomy, and the bedroom closet was impressively large—I had no trouble storing all my clothes. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the apartment temperature was always perfect. I loved the living room, especially with the sofa that converts into a cozy bed, making it great for relaxing and watching TV. The kitchen was spacious and a joy to cook in, and the laundry room added extra convenience. Myrian was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, and the building staff were equally kind and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bogotá!

The flat is great, especially with its separate bedroom which is perfect for two people with different rhythms. Washing machine, hairdryer, French press, and all the amenities were great for the 2 weeks we spent there. The people at the front desk are very helpful and always nice. Alejandro was also fantastic, as he made sure we felt welcome and was always readily available if we had questions! The area can be noisy with bars and clubs just around the corner, but for us it was fine, and it also means plenty of shops, supermarkets and food available all around. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment is excellent for longer stays, with a washer-dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Centrally located, within walking distance to grocery stores and many of Bogotá's universities, malls, libraries, and parks. The neighborhood feels safe and the complex has 24-hour security. Overall recommended, a positive experience.

Great location, great host, great place

It was beautiful room with everything provided, the only flaw was that they turned off the water for one day we were there but that was out of the hostess control ( it’s a new thing bogota is doing to conserve water). Overall it was great location with good restaurants around the area and the apartment has a great view and was clean and organized.

I think if I go back to Bogotá I would stay there again, I love it!

I had a great stay! The apartment is clean with lots of natural light. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and the overall feel of the apartment was very comfy. The only downside is that Calle 134 is busy - less so at night, but definitely noisy during the daytime. Overall recommend it!

The house is very nice, spacious and comfortable for large groups. Also it was clean and tidy. Looking for supermarkets left to buy what is needed. The neighborhood is calm and safe. It was a very pleasant experience.

We stayed at this lovely house with four adults, a 2 year old, and a 7 month old. It could not have been more wonderful for our group. It was easy to find coffee, groceries, delicious Columbian food, and even Thai takeout on a night when the kids were in bed early. We walked through the neighborhood daily and overall felt very safe during the day on foot as a group. There’s security 24/7 just outside the house. The park/playground down the hill was perfect for our toddler. Lots of people walking around with dogs too! The house is vintage (woodwork to die for) and therefore has some quirks, but this is something we were easily able to figure out! The beds were super comfortable. Communication was top notch anytime we needed anything at all!

Andres and his family were really helpful and answered all my questions about the house and neighbourhood! Everything was absolutely clean and the house was huge! My family and I loved it and had a great time!

excellent accommodation very safe and quiet area it's totally worth it

We only stayed here one day to avoid a 3 hour drive the day of our flight but it was a nice and comfortable stay. We did have an issue with hot water not coming on but we worked it out as mentioned we only needed the place for one night. Angela was attentive & was apologetic for the inconvenience but was able to come up with something. Would definitely stay here again as we come to bogota Often.

Francisco is the best host I’ve had in my multiple trips to Bogota. This is also the best apartment I’ve stayed in in Bogota. It had everything you need. The place is very homey and cosy. It’s located in a great location within walking distance of great restaurants malls and grocery stores. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Would highly recommend Francisco and the apartment to anyone wanting to have the best experience in Bogota.

A very peaceful place to rest and very nice

I absolutely adored staying here! Great location, kind 24 hour security, stylishly equipped. The fireplace is everything. Huge windows with lots of natural light, and positioned to provide a private feel. The laundry was convenient, the upstairs full bath was wonderful with a great shower. Some road and neighbor noise, but it didn't adversely affect me. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous apartment. As 3 senior ladies it was challenging to negotiate the 48 steps to the apartment with winding stairways and at this altitude! But once we got up there, the apartment had everything we needed!

the apartment is super well located. it is also large, tidy and comfortable. Diana is very attentive to her guests. i went with my two cats and they even left us some scratchers and food plates for them that I thought was incredible. we will be back!
